The 1st Quarterly Managerial Conference 2026 of Good Neighbors Bangladesh strengthens coordination, learning, and shared leadership across the organization.

Bringing together program, administrative, and leadership teams, the conference focuses on alignment through planning, collaboration, and performance review. By enhancing systems, promoting teamwork, and learning from field experiences, we aim to build stronger community trust, deliver more responsive support, and increase our collective impact.

Good Neighbors Bangladesh held a strategic meeting with the higher authority of Dutch-Bangla Bank PLC to discuss the implementation of a digital banking system, with a focus on enhancing efficiency, minimizing paperwork, reducing administrative costs, and ensuring compliance with donor requirements.

Good Neighbors Bangladesh successfully organized the 2026 Community Health Worker (CHW) National Seminar today (22 Apr 2026), with the participation of 85 Community Health Workers from 8 districts.

Our CHWs are the true health heroes of the community. Across our 8 CDP areas, 270 CHWs are working tirelessly to improve community health outcomes. They are a proud and integral part of Good Neighbors Bangladesh, and we sincerely thank every CHW for their remarkable contribution. We are confident they will continue to serve communities with dedication and compassion.

The seminar was graced by the Civil Surgeon of Joypurhat as the Chief Guest, and Dr. Abu Jamil Faisel, Senior Public Health Specialist, as Special Guest. Doctors and Health Officers from 8 CDPs also actively participated. The Country Head of Good Neighbors Bangladesh presided over the event.

Through role plays, group work, and group presentations, CHWs strengthened their skills to deliver best-in-class community health services.

Together, we move forward for healthier communities.

📅 Save the Date | Community Health Worker (CHW) Seminar 2026

We are pleased to announce an upcoming seminar dedicated to our Community Health Workers (CHWs), the frontline champions of public health at the community level.

This seminar will create a platform for CHWs to share their achievements, community-level impacts, and key learnings from their voluntary service. The program will also include short, practical training sessions to strengthen their skills in communicating effectively with community members and expanding public health awareness.

successfully organized the 2026 Science Fair on 16 April 2026 at Nawpara School & College, bringing together around 250 students and teachers from 5 partner secondary schools.

Following the project exhibition, guests shared inspiring remarks, encouraging students to engage in science and extracurricular activities actively.

Together, we are nurturing curiosity, creativity, and the innovators of tomorrow.

A team from Good Neighbors Bangladesh (GNB) visited World Vision Bangladesh for a bilateral meeting on 16 April 2026, focused on learning and networking.

Both teams shared insights about their organizational work, creating a valuable space for mutual understanding and collaboration. The visit also included exchanging best practices in HR, Finance, and Procurement, strengthening knowledge, and opening doors for future partnership opportunities.
