🎬📱 Registration Now Open for the UNHCR x DIMFF Mobile Filmmaking Workshop 🌍

Explore the power of storytelling through mobile filmmaking with this special workshop based on the theme “Forced to Flee” — focusing on stories of displacement, identity, humanity, and resilience.

Organized by Dhaka International Mobile Film Festival in collaboration with UNHCR Bangladesh and University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh.

Participants will learn:
🎥 Mobile Filmmaking & Storytelling
📝 Scriptwriting & Story Development
🎬 Cinematography & Editing
🌍 Ethical Storytelling & Refugee Awareness

🗓️ Workshop Dates: 5, 6, 19 & 20 June 2026
📍 Venue: ULAB Permanent Campus
👥 Eligibility:
⏩ Undergraduate university students
⏩ Team of 4 members
⏩ One team per institution

Selected teams will produce short films under the special category “Forced to Flee” for DIMFF 2027 and get the opportunity to showcase their work through screenings and festival platforms.
