Islamic University Reporters Unity (IURU) is a Campus-based Journalist Association. It officially started its journey on 18 November 2018. The theme of the organization is "Free Pen Soldier in Search of Truth"
Islamic University Reporters Unity (IURU) founded on 18 November 2018. From that day, a new chapter added in the journalistic society of Islamic University, Bangladesh. By defeating all evil powers, holding the spirit of the liberation war and progressiveness in heart, and with the motto of ‘Free Pen Soldier in Search of Truth’, this organization arisen by paying homage at Mritunjoyee Mujib mural. Since then, the activities of IU Reporters’ Unity have continued systemically. Continuing with that, at present, about 30 members, including our office bearers, executives, and general members, are associated with more than 50 media outlets in various national dailies and online portals.
