বিশ্ব ব্যাংকের অর্থায়নে এবং বাংলাদেশ কারিগরি শিক্ষা অধিদপ্তরের বাস্তবায়নাধীন এসেট (Accelerating and Strengthening Skills for Economic Transformation-ASSET) প্রকল্পের আওতায় আইএসআইএসসি (ISISC) Enterprise-Based Training-EBT কার্যক্রম শুরু করেছে| EBT এর মূল লক্ষ্য হলো: দেশের সুবিধাবঞ্চিত জনগোষ্ঠীর প্রশিক্ষণের বাইরে থাকা তরুণ -তরুণীদের শিল্প সংযোপের মাধমে শিল্প প্রতিষ্ঠানে হাতে কলমে প্রশিক্ষণ দিয়ে তাদের জন্য দ্রুত কর্মসংস্থাপনের ব্যবস্থা করা।
এই উদ্দেশ্য আইএসআইএসসি দেশের জাতীয় দক্ষতা উন্নয়ন কর্তৃপক্ষ (এনএসডিএ) কর্তৃক অনুমোদন প্রাপ্ত প্রশিক্ষণ প্রতিষ্ঠান সমূহের সাথে সাব-পার্টনার এপ্রোচে এবং পোস্ট পেইড পদ্ধতিতে EBT কার্যক্রম শুরু করেছে | দেশের প্রায় ৫০ টি জেলায় প্রায় ১৫৭ টি প্রশিক্ষণ প্রতিষ্ঠান আইএসআইএসসি এর সাথে EBT কার্যক্রমে সংযুক্ত হয়েছে। প্রশিক্ষণটি সংপূর্ণ বিনামূল্যে । প্রশিক্ষণ কার্যক্রমে কোনো অনিয়মের জন্য আইএসআইএসসির কর্তৃপক্ষ দায়ী থাকবে না।
