In that reunion, a working committee was formed to organize and outline the formation of a new organization covering the members from PS and PRS. Afzal Hossain took the challenge, and he organized a general meeting of the PS & PRS on 29th August 2009. In that general meeting, 51 members were present. After discussion, it was decided to form a committee to channelize all PS, PRS, and Qaide-E-Azam S
couts under one organization, and the name of the organization was approved as Bangladesh Association of Top Achiever Scouts (B-ATAS)
First Executive Committee was formed, and the draft constitution was also approved. Abul Kalam Azad, President of Bangladesh Scouts was elected as the first President of B-ATAS
At this moment Mr. Abul Kalam Azad is the President and Mr. M M Fazlul Haque Arif is the General Secretary of B-ATAS
