The vision of SOYA FOUNDATION (ছোঁয়া ফাউন্ডেশন) is to bring educational and socio-economic development of the country, especially for the northern area of Bangladesh. With a view to achieving the vision of the Foundation, the missions as well as objectives are as follows:
1) To promote quality education by establishing School, College, University, Madrassa, Technical Institute;
2) To provide Educational Aids as Scholarship, Products, Books for disadvantaged and ultra-poor students;
3) To execute projects and programs on Health, Nutrition, Sanitation etc.
4) To establish Medical College, Hospital, Clinic, Diagnostic Center;
5) To raise and grow social awareness ;
6) To take effective steps or projects or programs for ensuring Children’s, Women's and Disabled's Welfare;
7) To reduce and alleviate poverty, popularly known as Monga in the northern char area of Bangladeah by advancing Multi-Agro Projects, SCI, SME, Char Charity Project, Zakat Fund, Skill Development Program, self-employment program;
8) To protect human rights and provide legal charity;
9) To protect environment and climate change as well as provide emergency aids for the people affected by Natural Disasters ;
10) To encourage research and publication;
