The BRAC James P Grant School of Public Health (JPGSPH), BRAC University is seeking a dynamic and motivated Digital Marketing Officer to support the growth and development of its Digital Marketing Bootcamp for Health programme.
This exciting role combines strategic digital marketing with training and curriculum delivery, offering an opportunity to contribute to capacity building in the health sector while driving programme visibility and growth.
Key responsibilities include:

Developing and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms
โ
Managing paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels
โ
Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and lead generation activities
โ
Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on marketing ROI and conversion effectiveness
โ
Designing and delivering digital marketing training and curriculum aligned with industry standards and NSDA requirements
โ
Supporting student engagement, assessment, and performance improvement
โ
Coordinating with academic teams, government stakeholders, donors, and relevant partners
โ
Identifying and mobilising funding opportunities for programme sustainability
Required qualifications and skills:
โข NSDA Certified in Digital Marketing (Level 04)
โข Bachelor's and Master's degree from a recognised institution
โข Expertise in social media marketing, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, campaign optimisation, media buying, and analytics
โข Strong design skills, including social media content, banners, flyers, and brochures
โข Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, instructional technology, and Microsoft Office applications
