‘AIDS and Road Accident’ both have taken the form of epidemic over the world. So by the name of ‘Princes Diana Memorial Club’, a social development/service based institution emerged on 31 st August 1998 demanding International declaration of the date of Diana’s death which happened by a pathetic road accident as ‘International road accident prevention day’ to uphold the memory of Princes Diana along with increasing mass awareness to prevent ‘AIDS and Road Accident’ all over the world along with Bangladesh in the aim of promoting the incomplete work of Princes Diana. Besides this Diana Memorial Club is determined to prevent Road accident, women repression,illiteracy, addiction, unemployment, child Marriage, dowry, child labor in the aim of detecting major social problems of Bangladesh and to keep up human rights like –education, health, residence. To work and manage prevention for community people to protect from the deadly infection of AIDS creating awareness. Establishment of research center to provide service, care, treatment to the HIV infected patients and to work with HIV/AIDS. To observe Diana’s death date of 31 st August internationally as the day of ‘Road accident prevention day’. Creation mass awareness to reduce road accident and to take effective measures to contain accident. Establishment ambulance service in the whole country and an orthopedic hospital in Dhaka in the aim of helping treatment to the deformed, helpless people, victim of road accident. Establishment a full pledged Diagnosis Center and Hospital to save from Thelasemia, Polio, Leprosis, Tuberculosis and other fatal diseases to ensure the treatment service of the poverty stricken helpless people. To work in Arsenic and Sanitation in the aim of ensuring pure water for all “Life is the other name of Water”
To work targeting prevention of hazardous child labour and to ensure health, education, food, residence of child & adolescent. To eradicate child marriage and dowry system; to prevent women repression; child trafficking and to work for women development. To help in health related other activities and in rehabilitation of homeless people with the health of destitute helpless poor community people and primary health care in nutrition development. To tackle with natural calamity and to implement tree plantation program. Technical training to create employment for the unemployed and to work for creating entrepreneur. Mass Education program, library establishment, distribution of free educational outfits to the poor students and scholarship giving. To distribute ‘Princes Diana Memorial Award’ every year to the dignitaries along with journalists, intellectuals, social workers as a recognition of other contributions in social service.
