Employees Say, “There is no Job” and Employers Say, “There is no skilled human resource” These are becoming very common in every field of job sectors. As our academia is not that much developed to become aligned with industry level training. That is the reason fresh graduates and also employers suffer a lot. We want to prepare powerful human resources for our industry which will enrich our economy. This is our dream for building a better Bangladesh.
