To obtain the above aims and objects , the foundation will run on the following strategy ;
1. To establish human rights and fundamental rights and of women.
2. To eliminate all forms of discriminations to women in recognition of the fact that man and woman are all equal in all the areas of human rights and fundamental freedom, such as, social, political, economic and cultural freedom.

4. Ensure equal rights in all the levels of quality education, employment, technical training, equal emoluments, workplace health and safety, social security and health care.
5. Elimination of All forms of Abuse against Women.
6. Elimination of all forms of violence to women including physical and mental abuse and sexual harassment, r**e, dowry, family abuse and acid throwing in family, society and in the workplace.
7. To extend all kind of legal support to women victim of abuse.
8. To stop trafficking of women and rehabilitation of the affected ones.
9. To give necessary support and assistance through the one-stop crisis centre (OCC) through women support centre in prevention of abuse of women and to take necessary step to expand OCC at the district level. To provide trauma Counseling Centers for the women victim of abuse mental support and assistance.
10. To create widespread public awareness in the mass media in prevention of abuse of women.
11. Involving male and youths in building up mass awareness in prevention of abuse of women.
12. To ensure rights to recognition and to live with honor and dignity;
13. To have the disabled women unified with the mainstream society and ensuring their active participation in all the areas of life including education;
14. To undertake appropriate institutional program for education, treatment, training and rehabilitation of the disabled women.
15. To undertake program to prevent disability and its determination and extending special co-operation to their families for taking care and growth of the disabled women.
16. To make the framework, facilities and services accessible to all so that on women only because of disability are not deprived of any kind of rights, facilities and services endowed under the National Women Policy.
17. To ensure the socio-economic, political, administrative and legal empowerment;
18. To ensure full and equal participation of women in the mainstream socio-economic development;
19. To bring up women as educated and skilled human resources;
20. To ensure priority of women in provision for proper shelter and housing;
21. To deliver the women from the curse of poverty;
22. To remove existing male-female disparities;
23. To give appropriate recognition to women's contribution in socio-economic areas;
24. To eliminate all forms of abuse of women and female children;
25. To ensure taking appropriate steps to ensure sound health and nutrition of the women;
26. To arrange rehabilitation of the women affected in natural calamities and armed conflicts;
27. To extend overall assistance to ensure rights of the disabled women and women belonging to the smaller ethnic groups;
28. To arrange safety of the widow, aged, guardianless, husband abandoned, unmarried and childless women;
29. To assist in flowering of Talented, genius women of their creative potentials;
30. To provide necessary support services for development of women.
31. To provide overall assistance in ensuring the growth of women entrepreneurs.
32. To increase participation of women at the level of decision making in financial institutes;
33. To develop a mother and child care centre.
34. To develop handicraft training and establish literature and cultural institute.
35. To develop women centre for educational and training purpose for their rehabilitation.
36. To undertake and carry on any humanitarian or charitable program for the poor and under privileged people.
37. Women and Children education, health care and ecological education will be considers as one of the major goals.

39. To provide legal assistance against dowry, child marriage, divorce and other oppression against women and conduct activities to this end
40. To undertake and carry on any humanitarian or charitable program for the poor and under privileged people.
41. To arrange the distress women and children for free medicine, food and water supply.
42. To undertake and carry on any humanitarian or charitable program for the poor and under privileged people specially women and children .
43. To improve formal and informal education to women & children and establish institute for them.
44. To improve formal and informal and human rights related education to adult & children and establish institute for them and to run economic program and organise training on human rights.
45. To settle disputes through conciliation, mediation and arbitration. To observing national and local election. To set up human rights monitoring committee.
46. To provide legal assistance against dowry, child marriage, divorce and other oppression against women and conduct activities to this end. To publish human rights related publications.
47. To receive all kinds of aid, grants, donations, assistance, benefaction, subscriptions for the purpose of the Society (in case of some foreign donations, grants aid and assistance the foreign donates on (voluntary activities regulation ordinance, 1978 (ordinance No./1978) Will be applicable), and to collect various funds and acquire and preserve assets and properties through receiving of such donations, grants, aid assistance and benefaction. Subscriptions of members of the Society will be distributed among the beneficiaries as loan for their economical solvency.
48. To give women the rights to wealth and resources earned through income, succession, loan/credit, land and market management.
49. To arrange or collect the correct information for the publicity of the Document, Bulletin, Paper, Magazine, Newspaper, Video, Publication of literature, poster, leaflet, handset, sticker, workshop, seminar, symposium, Documentary film for the improvement of the Foundation.
50. Hold seminars, symposium, workshop, conference in furtherance of the objects of the Foundation;
51. Will give or take any step to support law for the poor, helpless and needy person and also will give legal aid support to the accused or convicted person who are staying long custody in the jail hazat.
52. The representative , advocates, and the other officers of the foundation may go to any thana. jail hazat anywhere in Bangladesh to investigate or collect information of cases.
53. Promote and implement branches and offices of the Foundation wherever considered necessary and to undertake the Management of the organization, association or body having objects altogether or in part similar to those of the organization.
54. Work with other national and international organizations/ NGOs to implement projects and programs of the Foundation.
55. To enter into any arrangement in the nature of co-operation, or union of interest with any other body of persons or any corporate body engaged in or about to become engaged in the carrying on or conduct of any which the organization is authorized to carry on or conduct or from which the organization would or might derive any.
56. Invest and deal with funds of the Foundation for the of the beneficiaries of the program, as may be determined by the Foundation from time to time; Promote, establish, manage, control, supervise, give gifts, grants, aid or other assistance to any person, cooperative society or group or association of individuals as may seem to the Foundation conductive to or to achieve or to further any of the objectives and purposes of the Foundation;
