Bangladesh Alliance for Women Leadership BDAWL works to remove inequality in governance and democracy and to have a society where women and men play equal roles in national decision-making.

BDAWL works to meet the challenge of inequality in governance and democracy. To bring a gender balance in leadership positions, we have the following Vision, Mission and Goal. Vision: to have a more democratic society where women and men play equally important roles in national decision-making. Mission: to build the next generation of women leaders through advocacy, and training for skills enhancement and capacity building. Goal: to have women take up 50% of leadership positions by 2021
