SHAREE promoting marginalized professional women’s human rights, Capacity building, employment linkage, inclusion women into the traditional social structure committee, and Climate adaptation. Involvement untouchable /Outcast community in the main stream of Development
Eradicate illiteracy among the vulnerable Community through operating Pre-primary school, Non-formal primary Education, Adult lite

racy program and Social Education. Provide necessary Skill Development Support to women group for Empowerment and livelihood maintenance. Organize advocacy campaign(s) on different human rights issues and gender issues Racial Discrimination to make change in the Society. Integrate with any of the national disaster situation that urges by the government
Conduct disaster preparedness and management activities under the changed climate situation for adaptation. Target Beneficiaries:
SHAREE committed to implement it’s all the activities in the community level for the advancement of poorest section of the community with special preference to the Dalit community and in general women and Children. SHAREE believe community action reflection for developing its program & it intend to Execute the field program with the following stakeholder/ community beneficiary:-

• Rishi and Dalit Community
• Working Children & Women
• Destitute women & Children
• Marginalized farmer
• Victims of Disaster (natural and man made) and environmental / Climate change
