A meaningful step towards the future of primary healthcare in Bangladesh.

Spreeha Foundation, in collaboration with the Health Economics Unit (HEU), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare , the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and IUBAT—International University of Business Agriculture and Technology, proudly hosted the launch of the Techno-Economic Study of AI-Integrated Primary Healthcare Delivery in Bangladesh.

Building the evidence before building the future.

Today marks the launch of The Techno-Economic Study of AI-Integrated Primary Health Care Delivery in Bangladesh, which is designed to assess the technical, economic and operational feasibility of integrating AI into primary healthcare, helping inform future policies and strategic decisions.

The study will be conducted in partnership with Health Economics Unit, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and IUBAT—International University of Business Agriculture and Technology

🚀 February 2026 continues to validate Spreeha’s model

With 16 urgent care centers now active across six districts, we’re seeing clear shifts in how families access care - from stronger digital uptake to reduced reliance on emergency visits. Government‑recognized immunization services and over 2,000 completed cataract surgeries this month further demonstrate Spreeha's reliable, scalable impact.

As we move toward 100 centers nationwide, we’re inviting partners committed to scalable, data‑driven primary care solutions to join us in the next phase.

As we close out the year, we’re not just looking back—we’re looking forward. 2025 was the year we proved that dignified, affordable, and high-quality healthcare can be a reality for everyone, everywhere.

This year, our community-based urgent care centers delivered more than just medicine; they delivered a new standard of care. We saw:

👥 194,000+ people receive the quality care they deserve, close to home.

🏥 A 60% shift in health-seeking behavior, with patients seeking care earlier and preventing long-term complications.

📱 Technology working at the frontlines, with both web and mobile apps developed for our clinicians to deliver safer, more accurate care.

This is the future we are building. In 2026, we begin our journey to scale this proven model to 100 centers and beyond, bringing this life-changing care to millions more.
