🎙️ “যুক্তির আলোয় গড়বো মাদকমুক্ত দেশ, সবার আগে বাংলাদেশ” — এই প্রতিপাদ্যকে সামনে রেখে নটর ডেম স্বাস্থ্য ও সুরক্ষা ক্লাব আয়োজন করতে যাচ্ছে মাদকবিরোধী বিতর্ক প্রতিযোগিতা ও পুরস্কার বিতরণী অনুষ্ঠান। 🇧🇩✨

উক্ত অনুষ্ঠানে প্রধান অতিথি হিসেবে উপস্থিত থাকবেন জনাব মোহাম্মদ গোলাম আজম, অতিরিক্ত মহাপরিচালক, মাদকদ্রব্য নিয়ন্ত্রণ অধিদপ্তর।

সার্বিক পৃষ্ঠপোষকতায় — ড. ফাদার হেমন্ত পিয়াস রোজারিও, সিএসসি, অধ্যক্ষ, নটর ডেম কলেজ, মতিঝিল, ঢাকা।

তরুণদের মাঝে সচেতনতা সৃষ্টি ও মাদকমুক্ত সমাজ গঠনের লক্ষ্যে আয়োজিত এই আয়োজনে সকলকে পাশে থাকার আমন্ত্রণ রইলো। 💙

আজ মে মাসের দ্বিতীয় রবিবার— বর্ষপঞ্জিকার এক রঙিন দিন, “বিশ্ব মা দিবস”।

নটরডেম স্বাস্থ্য ও সুরক্ষা ক্লাবের পক্ষ থেকে বিশ্ব মা দিবসে পৃথিবীর সকল মায়ের প্রতি রইল গভীর শ্রদ্ধা, অশেষ দোয়া ও অফুরন্ত কৃতজ্ঞতা।

❝যে মা আমায় ছোট্ট থেকে
মায়ার জালে বন্দি রেখে করেছে পালন,
হে প্রভু, তুমিও তাঁরে
তোমার আরশ-ছায়া নীড়ে করিও লালন—
মাকে করিও লালন।❞

মা— কথাটি এক অক্ষরের হলেও এর ওজন অনেক বেশি। এই একটি শব্দ যেন প্রাণহীন হৃদয়েও নতুন প্রাণ সঞ্চার করে, ঠিক পাথরের বুকে ফুল ফোটার মতো। শব্দটি উচ্চারণ করলেই চোখের সামনে ভেসে ওঠে একজন ত্যাগী, নিঃস্বার্থ ও দায়িত্বশীল নারীর প্রতিচ্ছবি।

শত রাগ-অভিমানের পরও যে মানুষটি সবার আগে ফিরে আসেন, তিনি মা। আমাদের সুখে যিনি সুখী হন এবং দুঃখে যার চোখ অশ্রুসজল হয়ে ওঠে, তিনি মা। বিশেষ কোনো উপলক্ষ কিংবা চরম দুরবস্থায় যার কথাই প্রথম মনে পড়ে— তিনি মা ছাড়া আর কেউ নন।

কোনো নির্দিষ্ট দিনে অনুভূতি প্রকাশ করে মায়েদের প্রতি আমাদের ভালোবাসা সম্পূর্ণভাবে ব্যক্ত করা সম্ভব নয়। তা করতে গেলে হয়তো পৃথিবীর সব কালি আর লেখার পাতাও একদিন শেষ হয়ে যাবে; কিন্তু মায়ের প্রতি সন্তানের ভালোবাসা কখনো শেষ হবে না।

পৃথিবীর সকল মা ভালো থাকুক, সুস্থ থাকুক এবং ভালোবাসায় পরিপূর্ণ থাকুক।

রক্তদান বৃথা নয় বাঁচাতে পারে অসংখ্য প্রাণ। নটর ডেম স্বাস্থ্য ও সুরক্ষা ক্লাবের পক্ষ নিয়মিত রক্তদান কর্মসূচী পালিত হয়, তার এ অংশ হিসেবে আজকে রক্তদান কর্মসূচি চলে।

নটর ডেম স্বাস্থ্য ও সুরক্ষা ক্লাব এর পক্ষ থেকে আপনাদের সবাইকে জানাই আন্তরিক শুভেচ্ছা ও অভিনন্দন।
নতুন বছরের এই প্রথম দিনে আমরা পুরনো সব জীর্ণতা ও অসুস্থতা মুছে ফেলে নতুন উদ্যমে এগিয়ে যেতে চাই। এই নববর্ষে আমাদের ক্লাবের প্রতিটি সদস্য যেন সুস্থ থাকে, নিরাপদ থাকে এবং ক্যাম্পাসে স্বাস্থ্য সচেতনতা ও সুরক্ষা বিষয়ে আরও বেশি কাজ করতে পারে — এই কামনা করি।
