Building Hope Through Awareness | Talk Hope for Life at Rangpur.
The Dr. Muhammad Fakhrul Islam Foundation, in collaboration with the China Bangladesh Friendship Center-CBFC 中孟友好中心, successfully organized a Mental Health Awareness and Su***de Prevention Seminar titled "Talk Hope for Life” at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Public School & College, Rangpur.
With the dedicated local support of volunteers from the Beautiful Rangpur Foundation, the seminar brought together students, teachers, and community leaders for open, meaningful discussions on mental well-being, emotional resilience, and the importance of seeking help without fear, shame, or stigma.

Speakers emphasized that mental health challenges are not a weakness, and that su***de is not a choice, but a symptom of deep psychological distress. Through compassion, awareness, and timely support, lives can be saved and hope restored.
