We are immensely proud to share that our General Secretary, Rtn. Md. Md Saddam Hossain Roni MPHF, has participated as an International Speaker at the Global Digital Forum 2026 in Moscow, Russia.

Proudly representing Bangladesh on a global stage, he was invited as a researcher, founder of Talk Hope, and developer of the Talk Hope Integrated Model (THIM) theory.

We are thrilled to announce that our General Secretary, Rtn. Md Saddam Hossain Roni MPHF, has successfully represented the Dr. Muhammad Fakhrul Islam Foundation on a prominent international platform in Moscow, Russia.

In a significant milestone for our organization, he has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Alliance for the Protection of Children in the Digital Environment.

The award ceremony took place on 13 May 2026 in Dhaka. Dr. Fakhrul Islam Babu is grateful to his good colleague, the General Secretary of the Dr. Muhammad Fakhrul Islam Foundation, Rtn—Md Saddam Hossain Roni, for receiving the award and certificate on his behalf.
