Sadman Sakib Rabbani, CEO & CTO of Talentier, delivered a highly engaging session, continuously interacting with participants throughout. He shared insights from his journey, covering AI fundamentals, the global landscape, and the reality of AI in Bangladesh, while also discussing engineering careers, entrepreneurship, live demos, and myth-busting key misconceptions.

Beyond technical knowledge, the session emphasized networking, emotional intelligence (EQ), adaptability, and strategic thinking as essential skills for the future.

The ๐ญ๐จ๐ฉ 10 most engaged participants earned a one-on-one call opportunity, the ๐ญ๐จ๐ฉ 3 were promised internship interview opportunities, and all attendees who stayed till the end received a 30-๐๐š๐ฒ ๐š๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐œ๐ก๐ž๐œ๐ค๐ฅ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ.

The workshop was led by ๐’๐ก๐š๐ก๐ซ๐ข๐ฒ๐š๐ซ ๐€๐ฅ ๐Œ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ค๐ข๐ฆ, OpenAI Codex Ambassador, GitHub Campus Expert, and AWS Community Builder who shared practical insights into industry workflows, collaborative development, and the skills needed to build, manage, and deploy software with confidence. Participants explored Git fundamentals, branching and merging strategies, collaborative development with GitHub, open-source contribution through CNCF, and cloud deployment using AWS, gaining practical experience with technologies widely used across the software industry.

The speaker, ๐‘๐š๐ฌ๐ก๐ž๐ ๐Œ๐ฎ๐ฃ๐ข๐› ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐š๐ง, Country Director at Commure and Managing Director of Augmedix Bangladesh, brought extensive global experience across engineering, AI systems, and academia. He shared practical frameworks for leveraging AI responsibly, demonstrating how engineers and researchers can use AI not as a shortcut, but as a tool for deeper thinking, stronger research, and more impactful communication.

Participants explored automotive manufacturing firsthand, observing pressing, welding, assembly, paint shop operations, engine testing, and modern EV technologies. Beyond the factory floor, they interacted directly with industry experts, learned about industrial practices, career pathways, and workplace expectations, while gaining valuable insights into engineering beyond the classroom. The visit also provided opportunities to network with professionals and experience the industryโ€™s collaborative environment.
