GLTS Renewal 2026:
Notice on Organizational Renewal and Restructuring

This is to notify all members, well-wishers, stakeholders, and partners of the Global Law Thinkers Society (GLTS) that the Executive Committee has resolved to undertake a comprehensive process of organizational renewal and restructuring with the objective of transforming GLTS into a more effective, well-governed, accountable, modern, and sustainable institution.
Accordingly, with effect from the date of this Notice and until further notice, all regular organizational activities of GLTS shall remain temporarily suspended.
This period shall officially be designated as "GLTS Renewal 2026" and shall serve as the Organizational Renewal and Restructuring Period.
During this period, the following initiatives, among others, shall be undertaken:
* Review, update, and regularize the organization's legal documents, registration matters, and administrative records.
* Review and revise the Constitution, policies, and organizational framework where necessary.
* Conduct membership verification, update the official membership register, and improve the organization's membership database.
* Organize a series of consultation meetings and discussion sessions with members, advisors, and relevant stakeholders.
* Develop a renewed leadership framework, organizational structure, and long-term strategic plan.
* Formulate a new institutional vision and programme framework centered on four core thematic areas: Artificial Intelligence (AI), Economy, Climate, and Peace.
* Adopt necessary measures to strengthen institutional governance, transparency, accountability, organizational capacity, and international collaboration.
Throughout the Renewal Period, a series of meetings, consultations, and stakeholder engagement sessions will be conducted. All related notices and updates will be published through the official GLTS website, official social media platforms, and the GLTS WhatsApp Notice Group.
The purpose of this initiative is to rebuild GLTS on a stronger institutional foundation and position it as an internationally recognized think tank with a clear vision, sustainable governance, and meaningful impact.
The Executive Committee sincerely seeks the continued cooperation, constructive feedback, and active participation of all members, well-wishers, and stakeholders throughout this important process.
