Attention all cybersecurity and CTF enthusiasts!!! The wait is over — it begins this Tuesday.

“Think Like a Hacker,” the first session of Fundamentals of Cybersecurity & CTF, kicks off this Tuesday. With your mentor, Md Karimul Islam Shezan, Red Team Researcher at Beetles Cyber Security Ltd., build your foundation by understanding cybersecurity, ethical hacking, attacker mindset, and career pathways through an introductory hands-on demonstration.

UIU Computer Club is proud to announce that Naeem Abdullah Sadik, Head of the Programming Department at UIU CCL, along with his team UIU_Potato Crackers (Yeamim Hossain Sajid and Mahdy Muzammil), secured the 2nd Runner-up position at Innonation, a 24-hour hackathon organized by the IEEE Computer Society Student Branch Chapter, Leading University, held on April 12–13.

The team competed against 25+ teams from reputed universities nationwide, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving ability, creativity, and technical ex*****on under intense time constraints.

UIU Computer Club extends its heartfelt congratulations and celebrates the dedication, teamwork, and innovation demonstrated by the team. Their success is a true reflection of the values our members uphold and the motto we live by - "𝑊𝑒 𝑎𝑟𝑒 𝑤ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑤𝑒 𝑑𝑜."

The BSCSE program at UIU has achieved the prestigious Washington Accord Accreditation through IEB-BAETE for 6 years, from 03 December 2023 to 02 December 2029.

This global recognition ensures UIU CSE graduates are on par with engineering graduates from the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia. This accreditation significantly strengthens UIU graduates' prospects for international careers, global mobility, and higher studies.
