The Safe Aqua Farming for Economic and Trade Improvement (SAFETI), a five year U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) funded project, being implemented by Winrock International in partnership with Auburn University, BSFF, CODEC, TMSS, and WorldFish in southern region of Bangladesh with the objective of increasing shrimp and prawn production and national exports; as well an increase in the income of

supply chain participants - particularly farmers but also input suppliers and others, and an improvement in the quality of exported shrimp and prawn.
