The budget related English pieces and interviews are shared in the comment section. “Two questions, two ironies the budget must address ( 2 June 2025)” and “Will the budget offer a path out of the debt spiral?” were published in the Daily Star. The interview – “Budget must chart road to elected govt: Titumir” – was carried by the New Age on 2 June 2025. The three episodes of video interviews - “Budget has to be understood in the right context”, “July uprising is all about democratization”, and “What comes after a democratic transition?” – were done by the Daily Sun. There is an interesting coincidence – one interview in the New Age and two other pieces in the Daily Star and another in Bangla in the Prothom Alo were published on the same day of the budget speech.

This is a sequel to the previous articles published in the same daily titled, "Towards a common minimum reform programme" (19 February 2025), "How parties can reach a consensus on reforms and elections" (18 March 2025), and "Popular mandate and the road to consensus and change" (10 April 2025), "A gradual, homegrown approach to reforming political parties" (6 May 2025) and "Time to forge a strategic consensus on national interests" (17 May 2025).

The debt burden can be reduced in the upcoming budget.
