Natun Jibon Samaj Kallan Sangstha (নতুন জীবন সমাজকল্যাণ সংস্থা) a right based HIV positive peoples’ self help organization working in Bangladesh

Vision:
An equitable, self-reliant society where there is no stigma and discrimination for HIV positive peoples (PLHA) living in Bangladesh
Goal:
To empower PLHA community of Bangladesh to improve their quality of life in a sustainable way through building and strengthening PLHA self help concept. Activities:
Conduct regular advocacy meetings with social, religious and political leaders to increa

se the social acceptability of PLHA living in Bangladesh

Provide the psychosocial support to the PLHA who are living apart from their families

Conducting income generating activities (IGA) among the PLHAs such as catering, small scale loans etc to make them economically stable and self- dependent.
