বাংলা উইকিপিডিয়ায় অবদান রাখতে আগ্রহীদের জন্য আয়োজিত হতে যাচ্ছে "অনলাইন উইকিপিডিয়া কর্মশালা, জুন ২০২৬"।

আপনি যদি কখনো উইকিপিডিয়া সম্পাদনা না করে থাকেন, তবে কোনো চিন্তা নেই! এই কর্মশালায় একেবারে শুরু থেকে উইকিপিডিয়া সম্পাদনার মূল বিষয়গুলো সহজ ভাষায় শিখিয়ে দেওয়া হবে।

This year Wikimedia Bangladesh launched an experimental event called WikiScholar, a Wikipedia related quiz competition for secondary school students. Running a digital literacy campaign for 10,000+ students sounds great on paper, but on-the-ground reality is a different story. 📝💡

​WMBD shared a transparent review of WikiScholar 2026—addressing the parts where things went wrong, the on-ground-volunteer realities, and the inspiring student feedback that's shaping the strategy for the next iteration in 2027.

উইকিপিডিয়া মানেই কি শুধু তথ্যের খোঁজে ঢুঁ মারা? না, এটি হতে পারে জ্ঞানচর্চার এক রোমাঞ্চকর মাধ্যম!

স্কুল পর্যায়ের শিক্ষার্থীদের উইকিপিডিয়া এবং মুক্ত জ্ঞানের জগতের সাথে পরিচয় করিয়ে দিতে উইকিমিডিয়া বাংলাদেশ আয়োজন করে বিশেষ কুইজ প্রতিযোগিতা 'উইকিস্কলার'। ঢাকা ও রাজশাহী বিভাগের ১৮টি স্কুলে আমাদের এই পাইলট প্রজেক্টের অভিজ্ঞতা ছিল দারুণ উৎসাহব্যঞ্জক।

"Is Wikipedia just a place to look up information? No, it can be an exciting medium for practicing and sharing knowledge!

To introduce school-level students to the world of Wikipedia and open knowledge, Wikimedia Bangladesh organized a special quiz competition called 'WikiScholar'. Our experience with this pilot project across 18 schools in the Dhaka and Rajshahi divisions was incredibly encouraging.

চলছে উইকিমিডিয়া কমন্সে আয়োজিত বার্ষিক ছবি প্রতিযোগিতার ২০তম আসর “বছরের নির্বাচিত ছবি ২০২৫”। এই প্রতিযোগিতার মাধ্যমে উইকিমিডিয়া কমন্সে অবদান রাখা ব্যবহারকারীদের অসাধারণ কাজের স্বীকৃতি দেওয়া হয়।
এ বছর “বাংলার প্রেমে উইকি ২০২৫” প্রতিযোগিতা থেকে ১৭টি ছবি এই প্রতিযোগিতার জন্য মনোনীত হয়েছিল। প্রথম পর্ব শেষে চূড়ান্ত পর্বে প্রতিযোগিতার জন্য মোট ৬টি ছবি নির্বাচিত হয়েছে।

আপনার পছন্দের ছবিকে “বছরের নির্বাচিত ছবি” হিসেবে বিজয়ী করতে এখনই ভোট দিন।

ভোটদানের শর্তাবলী:
→ দ্বিতীয় পর্বে আপনি আপনার পছন্দের সর্বোচ্চ ৫টি চূড়ান্ত ছবির জন্য ভোট দিতে পারবেন।
→ প্রতিটি ভোটের মান সমান, এবং আপনি প্রতিটি ছবির জন্য একবারই ভোট দিতে পারবেন।
→ ভোট দিতে হলে আপনাকে অবশ্যই একজন উইকিমিডিয়া ব্যবহারকারী হতে হবে—যিনি ১ জানুয়ারি ২০২৬-এর পূর্বে নিবন্ধিত হয়েছেন এবং উইকিমিডিয়া প্রকল্পসমূহে অন্তত ৭৫টি সম্পাদনা করেছেন।
