Hult Prize Bangladesh has introduced a new initiative titled “Scale Shift: Hult Prize Ex*****on Bootcamp,” a five-week intensive program designed to support Campus Round Winners as they advance to the next stages of the global competition. The bootcamp will help student teams refine the innovative ideas they presented during campus-level contests, many of which focus on solving social and environmental challenges. As participants prepare for national and international rounds—where the final prize includes USD 1 million in seed funding—the program aims to equip them with practical tools to turn early concepts into scalable ventures.

According to organizers, the program will focus on key areas including minimum viable product development, market validation, early traction strategies, financial fundamentals, and impact positioning. Participants will also receive mentorship from experienced professionals and ecosystem leaders to strengthen the ex*****on and sustainability of their startup ideas. Through the Scale Shift Bootcamp, Hult Prize Bangladesh hopes to ensure promising ideas emerging from university competitions receive the structured guidance needed to grow into impactful and viable enterprises.

The Hult Prize OnCampus Final 2025–26 at Bangladesh Maritime University concluded successfully with vibrant participation from 13 teams across different departments. Team 'Nautical Ninja' emerged as the champion, while 'Think Circle' secured first runner-up and 'Outliers' became second runner-up.

The Hult Prize at BMU Final was not merely a competition; it was a testament to conviction, discipline, and the courage to imagine better systems for the world we live in. What unfolded was a convergence of ideas shaped by purpose and sharpened by perseverance.

Each team carried more than a pitch onto the stage. They carried months of questioning, building, failing, refining, and believing. The final round reflected the depth of thought and responsibility that young innovators are willing to shoulder when given a platform that values impact over comfort.

This journey reminded us that meaningful change does not arrive fully formed. It is argued for, designed carefully, and defended with clarity. The finalists embodied that process with integrity and ambition.

Gratitude to the organizers, mentors, judges, and every participant who contributed to making the Hult Prize at BMU a space where ideas were taken seriously and potential was treated with respect.

This was not an ending. It was a beginning marked by intent.

The Hult Prize Idea Workshop at BMU was all about making ideas clearer, sharper, and more convincing. It brought together curiosity, creativity, and communication in one room. Md. Nayeem Hossain sir, Lecturer at BMU and our On-Campus Champion, shared how structured thinking and purpose-driven ideas help teams stand out in the Hult journey.

Complementing this, Mashrafi Islam Turzo, Head of Communication at Rayhan’s ICT and COO of the School of Public Speaking, delivered an engaging session, unpacking communication in the most relatable way. His discussion covered why networking matters, how to pitch ideas effectively with strong hooks, and adapting language to context while avoiding unnecessary jargon for effective team communication.

From storytelling and idea to slide designing and pitching, participants gained practical tools they can apply immediately in their upcoming journey with Hult. It was a meaningful workshop that reinforced one truth: ideas grow best when communication is clear, human, and collaborative.
