Good morning.
It is with immense joy and honor that we announce the Inaugural Ceremony of the International Study Circle #14 on the theme: “Individual Well-being and Social Welfare” Organized by the Banglar Pathshala Foundation, this six-month-long study circle is inspired by the pioneering works of Nobel Laureate in Economics, Professor Amartya Sen, one of the world’s foremost thinkers and Professor of Economics and Philosophy at Harvard University. Centered on Prof. Sen’s theories of Social Choice and the Capability Approach, the program is designed to expand the intellectual horizons of young people and strengthen their analytical capabilities.
This Study Circle is being supported primarily by Mutual Trust Bank (MTB) PLC, with additional support from Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) Bangladesh Ltd.
