I joined Alpha International School in Aftab Nagar as a part-time intern. I thought it would be a decent place to gain experience in an English-medium school following the Cambridge curriculum. What I got instead was exploitation, constant lies, humiliation, and a front-row seat to cruelty toward others especially women, young girls, and children with special needs. They never gave me any appointment letter. I asked for it many times but nothing. No official paper, no identity card, no written proof that I even worked there. Just empty words. I worked hard for three full months often with little or no pay. When the time came for my internship report/certificate (which my university requires for official records and paperwork), I went to the Principal (Abdus Sabur Miah) and asked politely, again and again. He refused flat-out. “I’m not satisfied with your work,” he said. “No report.” I told him clearly that this was mandatory for my university it’s not optional. He showed zero care and told me to go to Director Atif. Atif barely engaged and passed me to Ruhul Amin, the Financial Manager. Ruhul Amin told me to go back to the Principal. The principal sent me right back to Atif. They kept throwing me in this endless loop, obviously on purpose to frustrate me and deny me the certificate I earned after months of effort. It felt cruel and deliberate. I also witnessed them fire two female employees in disgusting ways:
One was placed in the finance department. Ruhul Amin promised he would train her properly before giving any important or official work. He gave her zero training. Then they accused her of “not working” and fired her immediately. It was a clear trap. The other was only 18 years old innocent, respectful, and someone we all treated like our own little sister. We cared for her, looked out for her, and showed her complete respect. They accused her of “flirting” and “trying to get in touch” with marketing department boys. Pure lies to shame and humiliate a young girl. Check the CCTV footage it will show she did nothing wrong.
The Principal is rude and condescending to employees. He looks at female staff and female guardians with visible contempt and disgust it’s blatant misogyny. Nahar maam wears a hijab and acts like she’s religious and moral, but she mocks and mimics the special needs children in the school, the few kids who need extra kindness and support. She doesn’t feel happy for them; she ridicules them. She’s obsessed with making sure her own son is always number one, pushing him ahead unfairly, no matter the cost to fairness or other children. She constantly bi***es about other staff, spreads made-up disgusting stories, and feeds lies to the directors to get people fired or forced out. She’s the biggest backstabber there. Director Atif and Nahar run all the dirty office politics, creating divisions, favoritism, and ruining lives. Ruhul Amin is the salary cutter, promises one amount, pays less, and they invent new deduction “policies” every single week, all decided by Nahar and the directors. They pretend to “care about employees” with fake smiles for parents but it’s all a lie. They’re rude and heartless. If you have a medical emergency, if you’re in the hospital, if you’re seriously ill but they still cut your salary. No empathy, no humanity. This place is not a real school. It’s a hypocritical, toxic trap that exploits interns and teachers, fires women on false sexist claims, denies earned certificates, steals pay, mocks vulnerable children, plays favoritism, and hides everything behind a nice facade for fee-paying parents. Parents: Don’t send your children here. Young women and girls: Protect yourselves, stay far away. Interns and teachers: Save your dignity and run. For the 18-year-old who was wrongly accused, demand they release the CCTV footage. This is my real experience.
This is what happens at Alpha International School.
