From today, all previous university chapters of BASIS Students’ Forum are officially dissolved. A new nationwide reset is now underway—opening the door for the leaders of campuses across Bangladesh to step forward once again.

🚀 Great News for NASA Space Apps Challenge 2025 Bangladesh!

Since 2014, the Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS) has proudly served as the Local Organizer of the NASA Space Apps Challenge in Bangladesh, working with partners across the country to make this global hackathon a true flagship event.

With the appointment of Mr. Abul Khair Mohammad Hafizullah Khan, Joint Secretary of the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, as the new Administrator of BASIS, the organization is stepping into a new chapter of strong leadership and renewed vision. Following discussions with BASIS Members, Local Leads, and the BASIS Secretariat, it has been decided that BASIS will once again host the NASA Space Apps Challenge Bangladesh 2025.

This reaffirmation reflects not only the importance of the event to BASIS but also its significance for positioning Bangladesh as a global hub of innovation and talent. 🌍✨

This year’s hackathon will be fully virtual across 9 regions:

আইডিয়া প্রকল্পের উদ্যোগে ন্যাশনাল ইউথ সামিট স্টার্টআপ গ্র্যান্ট প্রোগ্রাম শুরু!

দেশের তরুণ প্রজন্মকে সৃজনশীল উদ্যোগ গ্রহণে অনুপ্রাণিত করার পাশাপাশি তাদের উদ্ভাবনী ধারণাগুলো বাস্তবায়নে সহায়তা করতে বাংলাদেশ সরকারের তথ্য ও যোগাযোগ প্রযুক্তি বিভাগের আওতায় বাংলাদেশ কম্পিউটার কাউন্সিলের (বিসিসি) এর অধীনে ‘উদ্ভাবন ও উদ্যোক্তা উন্নয়ন একাডেমী প্রতিষ্ঠাকরণ (আইডিয়া) প্রকল্প’ আয়োজন করতে যাচ্ছে ‘ন্যাশনাল ইউথ সামিট স্টার্টআপ গ্র্যান্ট প্রোগ্রাম’।

এই আয়োজনের মাধ্যমে তরুণ উদ্যোক্তারা তাদের উদ্ভাবনী ধারণাগুলোর জন্য ১০ লক্ষ টাকা পর্যন্ত অনুদান গ্রহণের সুযোগ পাচ্ছেন। এরই আলোকে অংশগ্রহনেচ্ছু স্টার্টআপদের জন্য আবেদন গ্রহণ প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হয়েছে, যা আগামী ১৫ ফেব্রুয়ারি ২০২৫, শনিবার পর্যন্ত চলবে।

দেশের সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ে দক্ষ ও অভিজ্ঞ বিচারকদের মাধ্যমে আবেদনকারী স্টার্টআপদের যাচাই-বাছাই এবং পিচিং শেষে অনুদানপ্রাপ্তদের নাম ঘোষনা করা হবে ‘ন্যাশনাল ইউথ সামিট ২০২৫’ এ। আপনি যদি স্বাস্থ্য, কৃষি, শিক্ষা, জলবায়ু, ফিনটেক, আইটি, ই-কমার্সসহ যেকোনো খাতের স্টার্টআপ বা উদ্ভাবক হন, তাহলে এই সুযোগটি আপনার জন্য!
