Towards The Hope

This Ramadan, Towards The Hope, in collaboration with Dakkhino, organized an initiative to distribute Iftar among individuals who are fasting but lack access to a proper meal. Our goal was to ensure that those in need could break their fast with dignity and nourishment.
In addition to supporting the underprivileged, we also sought to uplift small, local businesses run by elderly individuals striving to sustain themselves. To do so, we purchased their entire day’s production and distributed the food to those in need. Through this effort, we aimed not only to provide relief but also to create a meaningful impact by supporting livelihoods within our community.

Collaborating with DRMC Film and Photography Club, Towards the Hope carried out the Winter Campaign where we stood in solidarity with those facing the harsh realities of winter without shelter. In times like these, kindness does not always take the form of grand gestures sometimes, it is as simple and essential as warmth.

This winter, Towards the Hope distributed blankets among homeless individuals, aiming not only to protect them from the cold but also to remind them that they are seen, valued, and not alone. Each blanket represented care, dignity, and a shared responsibility to support the most vulnerable members of our community.

We extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who supported this initiative. Together, we continue to believe that small acts of compassion can bring comfort, restore hope, and create meaningful change.

This January 13th, we are organizing a winter relief campaign to provide blankets and warm clothing to families in need across Dhaka. As temperatures drop, many in our community struggle without adequate protection from the cold.

As temperatures soared, so did our determination to provide relief and express gratitude to those who tirelessly navigate through the sweltering conditions, ensuring the smooth functioning of our communities. It's moments like these that remind us of the power of collective kindness and the importance of supporting each other during challenging times.
