Scout Fest 2025 was held at the Shams Hall of Bangladesh Scouts jointly organized by Herald Open Scout Group, Golden Tie Open Scout Group, Proyas Open Scout Group, and 36 Open Scout Group.
On 6th of September, the event began with flag hoisting, prayer song, and balloon release.

Then there was a colorful rally with all participants.
The next part of the event starts with recitation from the Holy Qur'an, followed by one minute of silence in remembrance of the martyr scouts of the July 24 movement and those who died in the Milestone College plane crash.

The program was presided over by:

(Chief Advisor, Scout Fest 2025; Former Senior Secretary, Ministry of Railways, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh)

Dr. Iftekharuzzaman
(Executive Director, Transparency International Bangladesh - TIB)

(Member, Ad-hoc Committee, Bangladesh Scouts)
