On April 10, 2026, our Team Kamla Syndicate participated as the Volunteer Partner in the The Athlete X Presents ." All volunteers completed their tasks with great skill, sincerity, and dedication. Working outside of Dhaka with a Dhaka-based volunteer team is always challenging, but every member of our team worked spontaneously to make it seem effortless. Almost every member went without sleep for 48 hours to keep the spirit of the Rangamati Hill Half Marathon alive.
Special thanks to every member of the Rangamati Hill Half Marathon team, who set aside food and sleep to work tirelessly to deliver such a beautiful event. We feel proud of you and express our heartfelt gratitude.

Hello TKS ভলেন্টিয়ারগণ,
Half Marathon 2025, Run for Sustainable Cities & Communities-এর জন্য আমরা খুবই অল্প সময়ে টিম গঠনের সুযোগ পেয়েছিলাম। কিন্তু আমাদের দৃঢ় বিশ্বাস ছিল যে আমরা এই ইভেন্টটি নিখুঁতভাবে সম্পন্ন করতে পারবো, এবং আপনারা আমাদের সেই আস্থার প্রতিদান দিয়েছেন।
আপনারা প্রত্যেকেই অক্লান্ত পরিশ্রম করেছেন এবং নিজেদের সর্বোচ্চটা উজাড় করে দিয়ে এই ইভেন্টের সফলতার অংশ হয়েছেন। আপনারা সকলেই আমাদের আনসাং হিরো। ইভেন্টে কোনো ভুল হলে যেমন ভলেন্টিয়ারদের নিয়ে সমালোচনা করতে কেউ পিছপা হয় না, ঠিক তেমনি সফলতার পর সকলে আপনাদের প্রশংসা নাও করতে পারেন বা করেও না। কিন্তু TKS আপনাদের সেই সাফল্যকে কোনোভাবেই উপেক্ষা করতে চায় না।
আপনাদের এই ভালোবাসা ও শ্রদ্ধা থেকেই TKS-এর এতো দূর পথ চলা।
আপনারা প্রত্যেকেই সেরা, তবে বিশেষ কিছু মানুষকে আলাদা করে ধন্যবাদ না জানালেই নয়। তারা হলেন:

এদের কথা আলাদা ভাবে না বললেই নয়। যদিও সবাই নিজেদের সেরাটা করেছে কাকে রেখে কাকে বাদ দেই এই মধুর সমস্যায় ছিলাম। তবে এদের থেকেও সেরাদের আমরা সামনে খুজে পাব বলে আশা করি।

আগামী ৮ নভেম্বর শনিবার Citizen half marathon 2025 ইভেন্টের সাথে জড়িত থাকতে চাচ্ছেন তাদের জন্য সুখবর :

একটা বিষয় আমরা সকলেই জানি- যে কোন বড় ইভেন্ট এর সাফল্যের সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কারিগর হচ্ছেন স্বেচ্ছাসেবক বা ভলান্টিয়ার্স! ইভেন্ট এর দিনের জৌলুস, আতশবাজি, রক্তে আগুন লাগানো বাজনা কিংবা ফটোসেশনের কোথাও হয়তো ভলান্টিয়ার্স এর নাম খোদাই করা থাকে না! কিন্তু প্রতিটি প্রতিযোগী তাদের নীরব ধন্যবাদে সদাই কৃতজ্ঞতা জানান এই কর্মী বাহিনীকে – যাদের নির্ঘুম রাত্রি, ঘড়ির কাঁটার সাথে পাল্লা দিয়ে অনুষ্ঠান আয়োজনের ঝালর তোলা, সবার মুখের হাসিকে ঝকঝকে করতে নিজের শ্রম দেয়াতে কার্পণ্য না করা – তিলে তিলে গড়ে তোলে উৎসবের মঞ্চ! মোদ্দা কথা- একটি বড় ইভেন্ট এর সফল আয়োজনের মূল ভিত্তি তার ভলান্টিয়ার ফোর্স!
বাংলাদেশে রানিং এর এই অন্যতম বড় ইভেন্ট এ ভলান্টিয়ার হিসেবে কাজ করতে আগ্রহী বন্ধুরা নীচের ফর্মটি পূরন করুন!
