গতকাল ধরিত্রী দিবস উপলক্ষে শ্যামলী পার্কে "Art for Earth: People’s for Planet" আয়োজনটি দারুণভাবে সফল হয়েছে।
​আমরা আর্ট, সচেতনতামূলক পদযাত্রা এবং গান-কবিতার মাধ্যমে পরিবেশ রক্ষার কথা সবার কাছে পৌঁছে দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করেছি।
​এই আয়োজনে Co-organizer হিসেবে থাকতে পেরে "Climate Frontier" গর্বিত। পরিকল্পনা থেকে শুরু করে বাস্তবায়ন পর্যন্ত আমাদের ভলান্টিয়াররা সহ সবাই প্রতিটি কাজে অনেক পরিশ্রম করেছে।

Climate Frontier was honored to participate in the “Intergenerational Dialogue on Climate Resilience” held in Dhaka, bringing together youth leaders, policymakers, experts, and grassroots representatives under one platform. Representing the organization, our Operation Lead, Jubayer Islam, emphasized the critical need to bridge the gap between generations by combining the energy, innovation, and passion of youth with the wisdom and lived experiences of senior generations.

He highlighted that meaningful climate action must go beyond discussions and reach the grassroots, ensuring that knowledge, solutions, and awareness are accessible to communities most vulnerable to climate change.

Global Platform Bangladesh recently hosted a dynamic 1-day workshop titled “National Consultation for Developing GP Sustainable Plan.” The event brought together 20 inspiring leaders from 16 youth-led organizations across the country to strengthen the long-term sustainability of the GP National Youth Hub.
We are proud to share that Climate Frontier actively contributed to this important dialogue as a partner organization. Our Operation Lead, Jubayer Islam, joined the consultation and shared valuable insights from grassroots climate action and youth engagement experiences.

The consultation created a powerful space for collaboration, innovation, and forward-thinking ideas ensuring the Youth Hub continues to grow as a strong platform for youth-led impact in Bangladesh.

Consultation Meeting on Transitioning Away from Fossil Fuels in Bangladesh: Justice and Finance Perspectives

A really insightful and much-needed conversation on how Bangladesh can move beyond fossil fuels in a fair and realistic way.

Climate Frontier was represented by our Operation Lead, Jubayer Islam , who shared his thoughts on what a just energy transition should actually look like on the ground. He spoke about the importance of grassroots-level subsidies and why sectors like maritime transportation need more focus when we talk about sustainable transition.

The discussion wasn’t just policy-heavy—it was about people, communities, and the kind of future we want to build. One thing stood out clearly: support from global partners is important, but it should never turn our region into a dumping ground or compromise our environmental safety and national interest.
A cleaner future is possible—but only if it’s fair, inclusive, and led by our own priorities.

On 10th April, Climate Frontier held its monthly Core Team Meeting at the CF Head Office.

The session was led by our Operation Lead, Jubayer Islam who outlined the organizational structure, future work coordination, and strategic direction of Climate Frontier. A key focus was placed on strengthening grassroots engagement and ensuring effective implementation of CF’s activities across the country.
The meeting was highly participatory, with core team members actively contributing their insights and ideas.

গত ৩ বছর ধরে জলবায়ু ন্যায্যতা নিশ্চিতে আপনাদের হাত ধরে Climate Frontier তৃণমূল থেকে জাতীয় এবং আন্তর্জাতিক পর্যায়ে যুব নেতৃত্ব নিয়ে কাজ করে যাচ্ছে।

আর এই সময়টায় দেশের বিভিন্ন জেলা থেকে অনেকেই আমাদের সাথে যুক্ত হতে চেয়েছেন 💚

এবার চলে এসেছে সেই সুযোগ এখন থেকে আপনি চাইলেই আপনার জেলা শহরে বসেই জলবায়ু ন্যায্যতা নিশ্চিতের লড়াই চালিয়ে যেতে পারবেন।

আজ International Day of Action for Rivers ২০২৬ উপলক্ষে ঢাকার বসিলা থেকে হাইক্কা খাল পর্যন্ত ধরিত্রী রক্ষায় আমরা-ধরা Dhoritri Rokhhay Amra-DHORA আয়োজিত গণ-পদযাত্রায় সহ-আয়োজক হিসেবে অংশগ্রহণ করেছে Climate Frontier

এই আয়োজনে CF এর Operation Lead Jubayer Islam এর বক্তব্যে উঠে আসে বুড়িগঙ্গা নদীর ভয়াবহ দখল ও দূষণের চিত্র। তিনি দেশের মাননীয় প্রধানমন্ত্রীর কাছে আহ্বান জানান সে যেন তার নির্বাচনী প্রতিশ্রুতি অনুযায়ী যত দ্রুত সম্ভব বুড়িগঙ্গাকে তার স্বাভাবিক প্রাণ ফিরিয়ে দেওয়ার কার্যকর উদ্যোগ নেন।
নদী রক্ষা মানেই পরিবেশ রক্ষা, আর পরিবেশ রক্ষা মানেই আমাদের ভবিষ্যৎ রক্ষা।
CF সবসময় নদী ও প্রকৃতি রক্ষার লড়াই অব্যাহত রাখবে।
