What is the Four-Way Test?

The Four-Way Test is one of the core ethical principles of Rotary, created by Herbert J. Taylor in 1932 and later adopted by Rotary International. It serves as a timeless guide for making honest, fair, and responsible decisions in every aspect of life.
As Interactors, we challenge ourselves to ask:
🔹 Is it the Truth?
🔹 Is it Fair to all concerned?
🔹 Will it build Goodwill and Better Friendships?
🔹 Will it be Beneficial to all concerned?
By living these values, we strengthen our character, build trust within our communities, and continue creating meaningful change through service.
