Project Engineer (Civil)
Education and Experience:
B.sc in Civil Engineering from a reputed public or private university
5 to 7 years of solid experience in project management and field operation.
Fluency in software programs related to construction management, including project management software (AutoCAD Civil 2D/3D, MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implementation of the project, preparing, coordinating, and monitoring assigned projects. Should have the capacity to run projects independently.
2. Prepare construction plan and follow up on the plan, lead the team of site engineers, technical, and support staff.
3. Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field.
4. Liaison with the Project Director, Consultants, Architects, Artists and other stakeholders according to project needs.
5. Ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Review the tasks and initiate the necessary corrective actions.
6. Manage project site to monitor construction progress according to design and Management decisions. Evaluate work progress and prepare detailed reports as per the requirement.
7. Project quality control, performance, and reporting on the project’s status, follow-up with the design changes, modification, or renovation works advised by the clients or consultants.
8. Good in the estimate and capable of preparing bills of quotation for the project, should know to prepare a cost analysis of any item related to the project.
9. Ensuring the project's compliance with health and safety standards with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
10. Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Job Placement: Office in Dhaka, with frequent travel to project sites.
