It provides Training, Research, Capacity Building, and Management support services to the NGOs, Educational Institutes, Govt. Agencies, Individual professionals, Business organizations, Trade Unionists, students and social workers. It offers tailored courses for the requesting organizations on different issues as
well as provides package solutions for project/event management with the objectives as follows:
Empower the citizen through educating them on Human rights, gender equalities, democracy, governance, constitutional obligations and entitlements.
Enhance Leadership capacities among the youths so that they can contribute to the sustainable development of the country
Strengthen the capacity of the people especially the under privileged to fight against poverty, disasters and injustice through different programs.
Create opinion through mass awareness and networking against violation of Human Rights especially VAWG, violence against minorities and corporate violence.
Use the Arts and Cultures as tools for a progressive and inclusive change in the society.
Promote a culture of good governance, transparency, accountability and equitable distribution of resources through advocacy and lobbying. RC involve highly experienced faculty members in its resource pool from different area of expertise such as; renowned professors, lawyers, social scientists, researchers, trainers, development experts, management experts, IT experts, human rights experts, gender experts, communication experts, educationists and diplomats.
