এখানে সম্মানিত আহলে সুন্নত ওয়াল জামায়াত উনার আক্বীদা ভিত্তিক পবিত্র কুরআন শরীফ, পবিত্র হাদীছ শরীফ, পবিত্র ইজমা শরীফ ও পবিত্র ক্বিয়াস শরীফ তথা পরিপূর্ণ শরীয়ত উনার অনুসরণ করা বাধ্যতামূলক। শুধুমাত্র কিতাবে নয়, বরং বাস্তবে দৈনন্দিন আমলসহ সর্বক্ষেত্রে এ প্রতিষ্ঠানের শিক্ষার্থীরা পায়ের তলা থেকে মাথার তালু পর্যন্ত পরিপূর্ণ পবিত্র সুন্নত উনার রঙে রঞ্জিত। সকলের জন্য তাহাজ্জুদ নামায বাধ্যতামূলক। পরিপূর্ণ শরয়ী পর্দা পালন করা বাধ্যতামূলক।
বালিকা শাখা: সম্পূর্ণ পৃথক; বালক শাখা উনার শিক্ষক, কর্মকর্তা ও আমিলগণ উনারা প্রত্যেকেই পুরুষ এবং বালিকা শাখা উনার শিক্ষিকা, কর্মকর্তা ও আমিলগণ উনারা প্রত্যেকেই মহিলা। ৫ বছরের বালকদেরও বেগানা মহিলাদের সামনে যাওয়া নিষেধ।
খালিছ “আল্লাহওয়ালা” হওয়ার উদ্দেশ্যে একমাত্র অত্র প্রতিষ্ঠানেই ইলমে ফিক্বাহ উনার পাশাপাশি ইলমে তাছাউফ শিক্ষা বাধ্যতামূলক করা হয়েছে যা শিক্ষা করা প্রত্যেকের জন্য ফরয। ফরয পরিমাণ ইলম অর্জন ও আন্তর্জাতিক সিলেবাসের মাধ্যমে ৫টি ভাষা (আরবী, বাংলা, উর্দূ, ফারসী, ইংরেজী) শিক্ষাদানের ব্যবস্থা আছে। উন্নতমানের সুষম খাদ্যের (balanced diet) ব্যবস্থা আছে। এ প্রতিষ্ঠানের শিক্ষার্থীরা পবিত্র দ্বীন ইসলাম উনার নামে অনৈসলামিক কর্মকা- যেমন, মৌলবাদ, সন্ত্রাসবাদ, বোমাবাজী, হরতাল, লংমার্চ, ইসলাম হেফাযতের নামে পবিত্র কুরআন শরীফ পোড়ানো, জান-মালের ক্ষতিসাধন, কুশপুত্তলিকা দাহ, অবাঞ্ছিত সংগঠন বা দলাদলি ইত্যাদি হারাম ও কুফরীমূলক কাজ থেকে পরিপূর্ণ মুক্ত। প্রত্যেক শিক্ষকের জন্যে ছাত্রদেরকে ‘আপনি’ বলে সম্বোধন করা শর্ত। শিক্ষার্থীদেরকে বেত্রাঘাত, মারামারি নিষিদ্ধ- একারণেই তাদের চিন্তা-চেতনা, ধ্যান-জ্ঞান, মেধা ও মগজের মধ্যেই প্রচলিত অনৈসলামিক দুষ্ট ব্যাধি ও সন্ত্রাসবাদ নেই।

এখানে মসজিদ-মাদরাসা ইয়াতীমখানা, দলিলভিত্তিক গবেষণার জন্য রিসার্চ সেন্টার (Muhammadia Jamia Shareef Research Centre) এবং প্রায় সমস্ত বিষয়ে কোটি কোটি টাকা মূল্যের দূর্লভ কিতাবে সমৃদ্ধ ১টি লাইব্রেরী রয়েছে। (Muhammadia Jamia Shareef Library) আছে। পাশাপাশি সারাদেশব্যাপী প্রতিষ্ঠিত শাখা মসজিদ-মাদ্রাসায় আমাদের শিক্ষার্থীরা ইবাদত-বন্দেগী ও দ্বীনী তা’লীম তালকিনে নিয়োজিত হয়।

বিশ্বব্যাপী মসজিদ-মাদরাসা, গবেষণাগার প্রতিষ্ঠা ও ঘরে ঘরে আনজুমানে আল বাইয়্যিনাত মজলিস (Readers forum)-এর মাধ্যমে প্রচলিত শ্রেণীবদ্ধ শিক্ষাই নয় বরং শিশু থেকে বয়স্ক ব্যক্তি সবার জন্যে ইলিম অর্জন ও তা’লীমের ব্যবস্থা আছে। মূল উদ্দেশ্য- ইলম অর্জন ও বিতরণের পাশাপাশি সমাজসেবামূলক কর্মকান্ড অংশগ্রহণ। বর্তমানে সারা পৃথিবীতে কোটি কোটি মসজিদ-মাদরাসা ও কোটি কোটি গবেষণাগার প্রতিষ্ঠার কাজ চলছে কাজেই, আপনার পবিত্র যাকাত, পবিত্র উশর, পবিত্র ফিৎরা, পবিত্র কাফ্ফারা, পবিত্র মানড়বত, পবিত্র দান, পবিত্র ছদকা, পবিত্র কুরবানী উনার চামড়া বা তার মূল্য অত্র প্রতিষ্ঠান ও সংশিষ্ট ইয়াতীমখানা ও লিল্লাহ বোর্ডিং-এ দান করাই হবে অধিক ফযীলতের কারণ। তাই আপনার যে কোনো আর্থিক সহযোগিতা অত্র প্রতিষ্ঠানে প্রদান করে মহান আল্লাহ পাক উনার এবং উনার হাবীব নূজে মুজাসসাম, হাবীবুল্লাহ হুযূর পাক ছল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লাম উনাদের খাছ সন্তুষ্টি মুবারক হাছিল করুন।

Dear Brothers of Islam,Muhammadia Jamia Shareef Madrasa and Yateemkhana(Orphanage) has been founded by unlimited Rahmat of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala. The founder of these institutions is Mujaddiduzzaman, Imamul Ayemma, Kutubul Alaam, Aoladur Rasool Hazrat Murshid Quibla Alayhis Salam of Rajarbagh Darbar Shareef. The outstanding characteristics of Muhammadia Jamia Shareef is that only in this educational institute acquiring ‘Ilme Tasauf’, which is Faraz for all Muslim men and women's is compulsory along with ‘Ilm-i-Fiqh. Here system of education for boys and girl are arranged following complete Hijab of Shariat. All the teachers, staffs and members of boy-section are male where as all the teachers staffs and members of girl-sections are female. Kitab Section
The students of this institution are not involved in any un-islamic activities such as fundamentalism, barbarism, terrorism, strike, long-march, burning effigy etc haraam activities or any such types of constitutions and parties. Rather, the daily life activities and everything from top to bottom of the students here are characterized with Sunnah. Above all, this institution is based on the Aqeedah of ‘Ahle Sunnat wal Jamaat’. On the light of Quran Shareef, Hadees Shareef, Ijma and kias, education is delivered here with objective of establishing the Ideal of Sunnat-i-Nababi in the practical life, that is, to achieve the satisfaction of Allah ta’ala and Habibullah Rasoolullah Swallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam by establishing the real form of Islam. In this educational institution an ‘Orphanage and Lillah Boarding is founded with the objective of rendering education to the ‘poor and orphans’ along with the rich people of the society.
