আস সালামু আলাইকুম। সারা দেশে পাবলিক স্পিকিং, নেতৃত্ব বিকাশ এবং ব্যক্তিগত দক্ষতা উন্নয়নের আন্দোলনকে আরও শক্তিশালী করার লক্ষ্যে Public Speaking Official (PSO) এর পক্ষ থেকে 𝗣𝗦𝗢 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗔𝗺𝗯𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗿 নিয়োগ কার্যক্রম শুরু হয়েছে। এটি একটি সম্মানজনক স্বেচ্ছাসেবী (Volunteer) পদ। যারা ভবিষ্যতে পাবলিক স্পিকার হতে চান এবং দেশকে নেতৃত্ব দিতে চান শুধু তারাই আবেদন করবেন।

আপনি যদি আপনার জেলার তরুণদের দক্ষতা উন্নয়ন, নেটওয়ার্কিং এবং নেতৃত্ব বিকাশে ভূমিকা রাখতে আগ্রহী হন, তাহলে এটি হতে পারে আপনার জন্য একটি অসাধারণ সুযোগ।

🎯 একজন 𝗣𝗦𝗢 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗔𝗺𝗯𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗿 হিসেবে আপনার দায়িত্ব হবে :
✅ নিজ জেলায় PSO এর প্রতিনিধিত্ব করা
✅ দক্ষতা উন্নয়নমূলক কার্যক্রমে সমন্বয় করা
✅ স্থানীয় পর্যায়ে নেটওয়ার্ক গড়ে তোলা
✅ পাবলিক স্পিকিং ও লিডারশিপ সংস্কৃতি ছড়িয়ে দেওয়া
✅ PSO এর বিভিন্ন উদ্যোগ বাস্তবায়নে সহযোগিতা করা

🎁 PSO এর পক্ষ থেকে যা যা প্রদান করা হবে :
✅ অফিসিয়াল Appointment Letter
✅ অফিসিয়াল PSO Ambassador Identity Card
✅ নির্ধারিত মেয়াদ শেষে Certificate of Appreciation
✅ বিশেষ প্রশিক্ষণ ও মেন্টরশিপের সুযোগ
✅ দেশের বিভিন্ন জেলার দক্ষ ও উদ্যমী ব্যক্তিদের সাথে নেটওয়ার্কিংয়ের সুযোগ
✅ জাতীয় পর্যায়ের বিভিন্ন প্রোগ্রাম ও কার্যক্রমে অগ্রাধিকার ভিত্তিতে সম্পৃক্ত হওয়ার সুযোগ
✅ PSO এর অফিসিয়াল প্ল্যাটফর্মে স্বীকৃতি ও পরিচিতি

🎯 আবেদনের যোগ্যতা :
✅ বাংলাদেশের যেকোনো জেলার স্থায়ী বাসিন্দা হতে হবে।
✅ বয়স ন্যূনতম ১৮ বছর ও সর্বোচ্চ ২৫ বছর হতে হবে।
✅ পাবলিক স্পিকিং, নেতৃত্ব, ব্যক্তিগত উন্নয়ন ও নেটওয়ার্কিং বিষয়ে আগ্রহ থাকতে হবে।
✅ সততা, দায়িত্বশীলতা এবং দলগতভাবে কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
✅ সামাজিক যোগাযোগ মাধ্যমে ইতিবাচক উপস্থিতি ও যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
✅ নিজ জেলার তরুণদের নিয়ে দক্ষতা উন্নয়নমূলক কার্যক্রম পরিচালনায় আগ্রহী হতে হবে।
✅ প্রতি মাসে নির্ধারিত সময় PSO এর কার্যক্রমে স্বেচ্ছাসেবী হিসেবে অবদান রাখার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
✅ শিক্ষার্থী, চাকরিজীবী, উদ্যোক্তা বা ফ্রিল্যান্সার - সকলেই আবেদন করতে পারবেন।

⭐ বিশেষ অগ্রাধিকার পাবেন যারা :
🔹 বিতর্ক, পাবলিক স্পিকিং, উপস্থাপনা বা নেতৃত্বমূলক কার্যক্রমের সাথে সম্পৃক্ত।
🔹 কোনো ক্লাব, সংগঠন বা কমিউনিটির নেতৃত্ব দেওয়ার অভিজ্ঞতা রয়েছে।
🔹 ইভেন্ট ম্যানেজমেন্ট, টিম ম্যানেজমেন্ট বা কমিউনিটি বিল্ডিংয়ে অভিজ্ঞ।
🔹 নিজের জেলায় একটি শক্তিশালী নেটওয়ার্ক গড়ে তোলার আগ্রহ ও সক্ষমতা রয়েছে।

🎯গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তথ্য :
📌এটি একটি সম্মানজনক স্বেচ্ছাসেবী (Volunteer) পদ।
📌কোনো বেতন বা আর্থিক ভাতা প্রদান করা হবে না।
📌কর্মদক্ষতার ভিত্তিতে ভবিষ্যতে PSO এর জাতীয় পর্যায়ের নেতৃত্বে যুক্ত হওয়ার সুযোগ থাকবে।

🌿 আসসালামু আলাইকুম।

‘পাবলিক স্পিকিং অফিসিয়াল (PSO)’ এর ৩য় বর্ষপূর্তি উপলক্ষে সবাইকে জানাই আন্তরিক শুভেচ্ছা ও অভিনন্দন।

আজকের এই অর্জন শুধু একটি প্রতিষ্ঠানের নয়, এটি আমাদের সকলের সম্মিলিত স্বপ্ন, পরিশ্রম ও ভালোবাসার ফল। গত তিন বছরে যারা প্রত্যক্ষ ও পরোক্ষভাবে PSO এর পাশে থেকেছেন, আমাদের প্রতি আস্থা রেখেছেন এবং এই যাত্রাকে সমৃদ্ধ করেছেন, সবার প্রতি রইল হৃদয়ের গভীর থেকে কৃতজ্ঞতা।
