বাংলাদেশ সরকারের অর্থ বিভাগ, অর্থ মন্ত্রণালয়ের LFMEAB-SICIP প্রকল্পের মাধম্যে চামড়াজাত পন্য ও পাদুকা শিল্প খাতে উপযুক্ত বাংলাদেশী নাগরিকদের বিনামূল্যে প্রশিক্ষণ দেওয়া হচ্ছে। এছাড়াও এ প্রকল্পে প্রশিক্ষণ চলাকালীন প্রশিক্ষণ ভাতার ব্যবস্থা রয়েছে। চামড়াজাত পন্য ও পাদুকা শিল্প খাতে প্রশিক্ষণ কোর্স চালু রয়েছে এবং কোর্স শেষে প্রশিক্ষণার্থীদের চামড়াজাত পন্য ও পাদুকা শিল্প কারখানায় চাকরীর ব্যবস্থা করা হয়ে থাকে।

The Skills for Industry Competitiveness and Innovation Program (SICIP), implemented by the Footwear Leathergoods and Accessories Exporters Association (FLAXA), invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the positions of Lead Trainer and Associate Trainer for various training courses.

Job Counselling Session
We are thrilled to share the success of our recent Job Counselling, CV Building & Mock Interview Session held on 30th July 2026 at Maf Footwear Ltd 🎓👟 Organized by the Sicip-FLAXA Program. This session was specially designed for trainees of the Supervisory, Management & Leadership Skills Development (Batch-01) course.
The program presided over by Mr. Md. Zakir Hussain (Senior Manager- HR, Admin & Compliance, MAF Footwear Ltd.) & began with an inspiring overview by Mr. Md. Mehedi Hasan (Coordinator - Job Placement & Database) Mr. Shuva Chowdhury ( Compliance Manager) was also present at the Job counselling session. A heartfelt thank you to our key speaker Mr. Tanjib Hossain (Concern Lead HR and Administration Samuda Chemical Complex Limited) for leading the job counselling, CV building, and mock interview sessions with great insight.
Through these interactive sessions, trainees gained valuable skills in professional communication, interview techniques, and job readiness—empowering them to confidently step into the footwear and leather goods industry. 👏 Congratulations to all participants for their enthusiastic engagement, and sincere gratitude to MAF Footwear Limited for their continued support in building an industry-ready workforce in Bangladesh. 🇧🇩✨

It was our great pleasure to welcome the Honorable Deputy Secretary, Mr. Bhuiyan Mohammed Rezaur Rahman Siddique along with the PIU team to MAF Shoes Limited.
