🌸 World Menstrual Hygiene Day 2026 🌸
Brighter Life School proudly participated in the observance of World Menstrual Hygiene Day 2026 in collaboration with faith Bangladesh, মনের আলো - Moner Alo, and supported by Stay Safe.
As an inclusive education institution working closely with special needs children, Brighter Life School contributed to the program through a creative and child-friendly awareness initiative—a puppet show presentation performed by our Special Educator.
The puppet show was specially designed to communicate sensitive topics of menstrual hygiene and adolescent care in a simple, engaging, and emotionally safe way for children and parents. Through storytelling and characters, the performance highlighted the importance of understanding bodily changes, maintaining hygiene, and supporting children with special needs during adolescence.
The presentation aimed to:
🔹 Make menstrual hygiene education accessible and non-intimidating
🔹 Support parents in understanding adolescent development
🔹 Promote dignity, care, and awareness for special needs children
🔹 Encourage open communication between parents, educators, and caregivers
The audience—especially parents of special needs children—showed strong engagement and appreciation for the puppet-based learning approach. It helped simplify complex topics and created a comfortable space for awareness building and discussion.
A short awareness drama session was also integrated into the program, alongside presentations and guidance sessions from partner organizations, making the overall event highly interactive and impactful.
Brighter Life School remains committed to inclusive education and innovative learning methods that ensure every child can understand, participate, and grow with confidence and dignity.
We sincerely thank faith Bangladesh, মনের আলো - Moner Alo, Stay Safe, participating families, and all collaborators for making this meaningful initiative successful.
💙 Together, we continue building awareness, inclusion, and brighter futures for every child.
