๐๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฌ (๐๐๐
๐ฌ) will serve as youth trainers and peer educators for the WASH Education Campaign, focusing on Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene. The program has two phases: training and facilitation. Fellows will be completing training on facilitation to conduct interactive workshops in schools and communities, promoting hygiene practices, water conservation, and sustainable, community-led solutions through participatory learning methods afterwards.

โ Training Delivery & Facilitation
โ Mandatory attendance and active participation are required throughout the 5-module training sessions and workshops.
โ Conduct interactive WASH education sessions, as instructed, in schools and communities in targeted locations following the completion of the training.
โ Use participatory teaching methods (group discussions, role-play, demonstrations, etc.) to engage adolescents.
Community Engagement
โ Serve as peer role models for school children and community members.
โ Liaise with teachers, school authorities, and the management committee to promote inclusivity and sustained learning.
Monitoring & Reporting
โ Building rapport with the community stakeholders or partners to monitor post-training conditions.
โ Collect pre- and post-assessment data (Knowledge, Attitudes, Practices โ KAP).
โ Submit weekly progress reports and provide inputs for the final impact assessment.
Collaboration & Capacity Building
โ Attend the Training of Trainers (ToT) and apply learned methods during workshops.
โ Work closely with project partners (BRAC University, Social Impact Lab BracU, JCI Daka Independent, other organisations, etc.).

โ Undergraduate student (must be from BRAC University) with an interest in community development, facilitation, education, or environmental works.
โ Strong communication and facilitation skills in Bangla (knowledge of English is an asset).
โ Ability to engage children, adolescents, and marginalized community members.
โ Prior volunteering or teaching experience.
Knowledge of WASH-related issues and sustainable development goals (SDGs).
