Centre for the Rehabilitation of the Paralysed (CRP) is looking for a dedicated and qualified “Officer – Patient Care” to provide professional patient reception, information and support services at CRP-Mirpur.

• Position: Officer – Patient Care
• Location: CRP-Mirpur, Dhaka
• Vacancy: 01
• Salary: BDT 33,060 / month
• Experience: At least 1 year
• Age: 25–35 years
• Employment Status: Contractual

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, Hospitality Management, Social Science, Communication or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome patients, attendants, visitors and stakeholders professionally.
• Provide accurate information on CRP Mirpur services, schedules, procedures and facilities.
• Guide patients to appropriate departments including doctors, therapy units, diagnostics, pharmacy, admission and billing.
• Assist elderly persons, children and persons with disabilities in navigating the centre.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Receive and respond to enquiries in person and by telephone.
• Receive, document and appropriately escalate complaints, suggestions and feedback.
• Collect patient feedback, documentation and reporting to the centre management.
• Telephone call management- receive and answer incoming telephone calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Maintain information materials, signage and reception area.
• Prepare customer service reports and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties assigned by Centre Management..
