Educational Qualifications

Applicants must possess an MS (Thesis) degree with strong academic credentials from a reputed public university in one of the following disciplines:

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidates will be responsible for:

â€ĸ Conducting microbial fermentation, process optimization, and scale-up from laboratory to pilot/industrial fermenters.

â€ĸ Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting experimental data using scientific methods.

Required Competencies

The ideal candidate should possess:
â€ĸ Strong knowledge of microbiology, biotechnology, molecular biology, chemistry, and biochemistry.
â€ĸ Hands-on experience in aseptic techniques and microbial culture handling.
â€ĸ Practical knowledge of bacterial and fungal fermentation.
â€ĸ Experience in microbiological laboratory operations and industrial research.
â€ĸ Knowledge of formulation development for microbial products.
â€ĸ Experience in designing and conducting field experiments with scientific data analysis.
