Official Royal Proclamation & Decree
Asia Bengal Central Government & Asia Bengal State, Bangladesh
Issued under the Royal Authority of Lakhraj Nawab Sir Mohammad Javed Iqbal Bahadur
1. In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
For over a millennium, the Royal Family and Central Government of Asia Bengal have legitimately maintained governance and custodial leadership across the region. Under explicit directives and decrees from the Judge Court, High Court, and Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, we have lawfully preserved, secured, and maintained the official land deeds and documentation for every Mosque, Madrasa, Orphanage, Graveyard, and religious establishment across Bangladesh and all 19 provinces of Asia Bengal.
As Muslims, these sacred properties represent our perpetual ongoing charity (Sadaqah Jariyah). They are dedicated to the eternal spiritual benefit and salvation of our family, our future lineage until the Day of Resurrection, and all deceased Muslim men and women (Mumin and Muminat)—from Prophet Adam (peace be upon him) through to the present day and until the end of time.
2. Legal Protection and Immunity Against Encroachment
Backed by authentic legal title documents and judicial verdicts, these sacred properties remain legally fortified. Throughout history, numerous land grabbers, political regimes, and hostile anti-Muslim forces have sought to conspire against and unlawfully seize these holy lands. Despite persistent external threats and hostility directed toward our religious establishments, our verified legal records and judicial orders have successfully shielded every sacred institution from unlawful occupation or alteration.
3. Preservation Mandate Across All Government Departments & Faith Communities
To ensure absolute long-term security, all administrative ministries, government departments, and official authorities across Bangladesh and the 19 provinces of Asia Bengal are ordered to permanently preserve and archive these vital legal records. Furthermore, this protection extends equally to all religious communities under our jurisdiction—including our Hindu, Christian, Buddhist, Sikh, and other faith brethren. All religious communities are urged to actively safeguard their respective places of worship to guarantee peaceful religious practice and total protection against land grabbing.
4. Royal Directives on Religion and Politics
Royal Decree of Sultan Suleiman of Bengal / Lakhraj Nawab Sir Mohammad Javed Iqbal Bahadur:
"Religion and politics are two distinct domains. We have never tolerated, do not tolerate, and will never tolerate the politicization of religion or religious institutions. Almighty Allah warns in the Holy Qur'an that nations who engage in religious excess and division face destruction. We have strictly refrained from religious extremism and will never convert any place of worship into a political instrument or permit religious division within Asia Bengal."
5. Unity of the Ummah and Rejection of Sectarian Divisions
In obedience to the divine command revealed in Surah An-Nisa of the Holy Qur'an, all Muslims are commanded to unite as one single body upon Islam. Divine revelation recognizes no sectarian factions, division, or internal schisms. Under our leadership and royal decree, any political conspiracy or sermon aimed at dividing the Muslim Ummah is explicitly rejected. We remain united in continuous prayer for all deceased and living believers, ensuring an environment of complete peace, security, and harmony for all citizens across Asia Bengal.
