১। অদ্য ৩০ এপ্রিল ২০২৬ তারিখ চীনের সানিয়া শহরের ইয়াশা পার্ক রিং থিয়েটারে ৬ষ্ঠ এশিয়ান বীচ গেমস সমাপনী অনুষ্ঠান অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। উক্ত অনুষ্ঠানে বিওএ’র মহাসচিব মোঃ জোবায়েদুর রহমান রানা, শেফ দ্য মিশন এবং বিওএ’র সহ সভাপতি মেজর ইমরোজ আহমেদ (অব:), বিওএ’র কার্যনির্বাহী কমিটির সদস্যবৃন্দ, দলের এনওসি এ্যাটাচে এবং বিওএ’র মহাপরিচালক, জাতীয় ক্রীড়া পরিষদের পরিচালক (অর্থ) জনাব তনময় ইসলাম, বাংলাদেশ মহিলা ও পুরুষ বীচ ভলিবল দল এবং বীচ রেসলিং দলের খেলোয়াড় ও টীম অফিসিয়ালগণ উপস্থিত ছিলেন।

২। বীচ ভলিবল দলের খেলোয়াড় জনাব হরসিৎ বিশ্বাস সমাপনী অনুষ্ঠানের মার্চ পাষ্টে বাংলাদেশ দলের পতাকা বহন করেন।

৩। অনুষ্ঠানে ৭ম এশিয়ান বীচ গেমসের হোস্ট হিসেবে ফিলিপাইনের সিবু সিটি (Cebu City) এর নাম ঘোষনা করা হয়।

৪। বাংলাদেশ দলের সকল সদস্যগণ আগামীকাল ০১ মে ২০২৬ তারিখ (শুক্রবার) রাত ১০:০০ ঘটিকায় দেশে প্রত্যাবর্তন করবেন।

চীনের সানিয়া শহরে 6th Asian Beach Games, Sanya 2026 অনুষ্ঠিত হচ্ছে। গেমসে বাংলাদেশ মহিলা কাবাডি দল ৩য় স্থান লাভ করে ব্রোঞ্জ পদক অর্জন করেছে। কাবাডি মহিলা দলটি আগামী ২৮ এপ্রিল ২০২৬ তারিখ রাত ১০:০০ ঘটিকায় ফ্লাইট নং CZ 391 যোগে বাংলাদেশে প্রত্যাবর্তন করবে।

ব্রোঞ্জ পদক জয়ী কাবাডি মহিলা দলকে বাংলাদেশ অলিম্পিক এসোসিয়েশনের কর্মকর্তাগণ বিমান বন্দরে ফুল দিয়ে অভ্যর্থনা এবং শুভেচ্ছা জানাবেন।

বাংলাদেশ বক্সিং ফেডারেশনের কার্যনির্বাহী কমিটির যুগ্ম-সম্পাদক, আন্তর্জাতিক বক্সিং কোচ এবং রেফারি জনাব সৈয়দ মহিউদ্দিন আহমেদ অদ্য ২১ এপ্রিল ২০২৬ তারিখ রোজ মঙ্গলবার সকাল ১১:৩০ ঘটিকায় হৃদরোগে আক্রান্ত হয়ে ৬৬ বছর বয়সে ঢাকার ডাঃ সিরাজুল মেডিকেল কলেজ এন্ড হাসপাতালে ইন্তেকাল করেন (ইন্না লিল্লাহি ওয়া ইন্না ইলাইহি রাজিউন)। তিনি দীর্ঘদিন বাংলাদেশ বক্সিং ফেডারেশনে বিভিন্ন উন্নয়নমূলক দায়িত্ব পালন করেছেন। তাঁর মৃত্যুতে দেশের ক্রীড়াঙ্গণ একজন দক্ষ সংগঠক এবং একনিষ্ঠ ক্রীড়া ব্যক্তিত্বকে হারালো। দেশ বরেণ্য এই ক্রীড়া ব্যক্তিত্ব এবং সংগঠকের মৃত্যুতে বিওএ পরিবার গভীরভাবে শোকাহত ও মর্মাহত।

বাংলাদেশ অলিম্পিক এসোসিয়েশনের সম্মানিত সভাপতি জেনারেল ওয়াকার-উজ-জামান, এসবিপি, ওএসপি, এসজিপি, পিএসসি এবং মহাসচিব জনাব মোঃ জোবায়েদুর রহমান রানাসহ বিওএ পরিবারের সকল সদস্য জনাব সৈয়দ মহিউদ্দিন আহমেদের মৃত্যুতে গভীর শোক প্রকাশ এবং মরহুমের বিদেহী আত্মার মাগফেরাত কামনা করেছেন। একই সাথে তাঁর শোক সন্তপ্ত পরিবারের প্রতি গভীর সমবেদনা প্রকাশ করা হয়।

A press meet for the 6th Asian Beach Games, Sanya 2026 was held on 16 April 2026 at Olympic Bhaban.
The session was presided over by Major Imroze Ahmed (Retd.), Vice President and Chef de Mission of the Bangladesh Olympic Association. Also present were Mr. Md. Jubaidur Rahman Rana, Secretary General, BOA, Brig. Gen. (Retd.) A B M Shefaul Kabir, Director General, BOA, and Mr. Mohammad Aminul Ahesan, Director of Sports, National Sports Council.

An official photo session of the Bangladesh contingent for the 6th Asian Beach Games, Sanya 2026 was held on 16 April 2026 at the Army Multipurpose Complex, Dhaka Cantonment.
The session was graced by General Waker-Uz-Zaman, SBP, OSP, SGP, psc, President of the Bangladesh Olympic Association, in the presence of Secretary General Mr. Md. Jubaidur Rahman Rana, Chef de Mission of the Games & Vice President of BOA Major Imroze Ahmed (Retd.), all the athletes, team officials and contingent members.

The Bangladesh Olympic Association (BOA) is proud to organize the “Technical Course for Coaches in Wushu” for the very first time in Bangladesh—marking a significant milestone in the development of martial arts in the country.

📅 The course commenced on 06 April 2026 and will continue until 15 April 2026, bringing together coaches to enhance their technical knowledge and coaching expertise.

🎉 The opening ceremony was held at 11:00 AM on 06 April 2026 at Mirpur Indoor Stadium, Mirpur, graced by Major Imroze Ahmed, Vice President, as the Chief Guest.

This initiative reflects BOA’s continued commitment to strengthening grassroots development and promoting excellence across all sports disciplines.
