At present, Coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19) creates an uncertain situation in all over the world. It also brings instability among youths specifically across Latin America, Africa a
nd Asia because their educational institutions are closed, online classes make unequal opportunity among students, drop-out rate of all educational institution is augmenting, In this vulnerable and emergency situation, many women and girls are also locked up at home with their abusers which accelerates the incidents of Gender Based Violence (GBV). In addition, some researchers, academicians and activists claim that in pre-lock down period, the global carbon emission was alarming for the existence of our lives on earth. Surprisingly, we notice that, the global carbon emission rate was decreasing quickly which was not happened before in industrialized era when world political leaders strictly followed lock down. But now, after lock down, we observe that climate change and global carbon emission is rising exponentially. Mission
