আমাদের মনস্তাত্ত্বিক, সামাজিক ও ধর্মীয় পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে মানুষকে ভেতর থেকে পরিবর্তন করতে হবে। আসুন, আমরা জীবনকে ভিন্ন দৃষ্টিকোণ থেকে দেখি। সমাজে কোনোভাবেই দুর্নীতিবাজদের সমর্থন না দিই। আসুন, আমরা সৎকর্মশীলদের ঐক্যবদ্ধ করি এবং নিজেদের সাধ্য মতো তাদের সহায়তা করি। আসুন, আমরা সকলের অন্তরে সর্বদ্রষ্টা সৃষ্টিকর্তা বা সর্বব্যাপী প্রকৃতির ভয় জাগিয়ে তুলি। আমরা সকলে মিলে এই পরিস্থিতি এড়াতে পারি। আসুন, আমরা সকলে মিলে নিজেদের ও অন্যদের স্বার্থে একটি ন্যায়পরায়ণ সমাজ গড়ার লক্ষ্যে কাজ করি।

To keep us feel good we may like to follow ABCDEFG of self care--A (Activity and rest, a regular schedule with 8 hours sleep 30 minutes walk), B (Belief and thought - positive and rational), C (Connect and share- with who you care and who cares for you), D (De-escalate and cool down in case of conflict or argument), E (Empathetic with the ones you are not comfortable with), F (Food rich in fluid and fibre), G-(Grateful for what you have and to the entity who works for it)

Every one of us has positives. Let's focus on the positives and create good memories. These will make us feel good and peace in mind.

Feeling good and creating good memories are the two most important assets we must have..

When we look at the faces, instantly we can say if s/he is happy or not. However, when we take time and look and feel emotion under the facial expressions we can have an insight if the person is with peace of mind.

Tips for peaceful minds:
How to maintain our reslationship; avoid criticism and express our feeling and expectations gently to our spouse, avoid defending our failure rather saying sorry for the inconvenience, praise the positives of our spouse and ignore the negatives and turn to our spouse for the thing s/he is comfortable with (Gottman). This is also applicable to our other close relationship . Be happy and keep happy.
