Center For Youth Development - CFYD In 2015, It’s Humanity Foundation launched CFYD, a youth-focused platform in Bangladesh. These workshops take place after every 45 days.

CFYD offers personal and professional development sessions, vocational training, and mentorship, empowering youth for a brighter future. Since its Inception in 2015, Center For Youth Development (CFYD) has been a pioneering organization working for the youth. Workshops and other training sessions are organized for the youth which focus on the development of professional skills that they will need once they enter the professional world. These workshops are carries out by both renowned national and international personalities. The workshops also provide the participants with a networking opportunity. Our signature program is “Become a pioneer” which is held twice in a year. Besides we also arrange workshops on “Effective Communication” & “Effective Networking”. Through our workshops we try to inspire the newer and the future generation to love, respect and work towards a developed Bangladesh.

Our trainees are regularly attending theoretical classes led by skilled trainers, while gaining hands-on practical experience and essential soft skills alongside their technical learning.

Our Batch 6th trainees of Project Hatey Khori participated in a soft skills session on Financial Literacy, where they explored the importance of budgeting, saving, responsible spending, and smart financial planning.

By equipping young people with practical financial knowledge alongside vocational skills, we are helping them build confidence, achieve greater financial independence, and prepare for long-term success.

𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 & 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 𝐚𝐭 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐡

Center For Youth Development - CFYD of It's Humanity Foundation - IHF, in collaboration with the Department of Environmental Science and the SUB Environmental & Social Services Club, State University of Bangladesh, organized an Earthquake Awareness & Community Resilience Workshop, attended by around 𝟏𝟒𝟐 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬.

The workshop began with opening remarks by 𝐌𝐝. 𝐀𝐝𝐧𝐚𝐧 𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐢𝐧, Founder & Executive Director, It’s Humanity Foundation, followed by an inspiring address from the Chief Guest, 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐫. 𝐌𝐝. 𝐀𝐤𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐊𝐡𝐚𝐧, Vice-Chancellor of the State University of Bangladesh.

The session was facilitated by 𝐃𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐧 𝐍𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐣 𝐀𝐥𝐚𝐦, Manager, Climate Change & Health, BRAC Health Programme, who shared practical insights on earthquake preparedness and disaster risk reduction.

And the event concluded with closing remarks by the Special Guest, 𝐃𝐫. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐳𝐢𝐚 𝐁𝐢𝐥𝐤𝐢𝐬𝐬, Chairman (Acting), Department of Environmental Science, State University of Bangladesh.

Our sincere thanks to everyone who joined us in promoting disaster preparedness and building more resilient communities.

As part of Project Hatey Khori, our 6th batch trainees participated in a soft skills session on 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐦, 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠.

Through interactive discussions and practical learning, they explored how effective communication, professional conduct, and meaningful connections can open doors to greater opportunities.

We prepare our trainees with both technical expertise and essential soft skills. By combining vocational training with professional development, we support them in building confidence and standing out in today's competitive job market.

আমাদের প্রজেক্ট হাতে খড়ি-এর ৬ষ্ঠ ব্যাচের প্রশিক্ষণার্থীদের নিয়ে অনুষ্ঠিত হয়েছে ওরিয়েন্টেশন প্রোগ্রাম।

এই আয়োজনে প্রশিক্ষণার্থীরা আমাদের প্রতিষ্ঠান সম্পর্কে জানার পাশাপাশি পরিচিত হয়েছেন তাদের প্রশিক্ষণ কেন্দ্র, কোর্সের কাঠামো, সময়সূচি, প্রশিক্ষণের নিয়মাবলি, সফট স্কিল ডেভেলপমেন্টের গুরুত্বসহ কোর্স-সংক্রান্ত বিভিন্ন বিষয় সম্পর্কে। একই সঙ্গে তুলে ধরা হয়েছে কীভাবে এই প্রশিক্ষণ তাদের দক্ষতা বৃদ্ধি করে কর্মসংস্থান ও আত্মনির্ভরশীলতার পথে এগিয়ে যেতে সহায়তা করবে।

One of our trainees was already working at a local workshop before joining the RAC training under Project Hatey Khori. He had practical experience but lacked structured technical knowledge and efficiency.

After completing the Refrigeration & Air Conditioning training at MSS Technical Institute (MTI), his skills became more refined and professional. He began diagnosing problems more accurately and delivering better quality service at the same workplace.

This improvement increased his responsibility at work and also helped him grow his income. His journey shows how skill development can turn existing experience into real career growth and stability.

We are proud to share those trainees from the Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC), Computer Operation, and Graphics Design courses under Project Hatey Khori, an initiative of It's Humanity Foundation - IHF under Center For Youth Development program, have successfully completed their training at MSS Technical Institute and earned certification from the National Skills Development Authority (NSDA).
