Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC Sub-Contractors for project in Business Bay, Jumeirah Village Circle, Al Barsha, Dubai Hills, Dubai Downtown.
Minimum 30 Sub-Contractors immediately!!
Each Sub-Contractors must have MINIMUM 10 PEOPLE per team!
CASH PAYMENT MONTHLY
PROVIDE ADVANCE PAYMENT
AFTER MOBILIZATION OF TEAM IN SITE
Key Responsibilities:
On-Site Supervision:
Oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring all activities align with project plans and timelines.
Coordinate and supervise the work of contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure quality and efficiency.
Ensure that all construction and installation work is carried out to the highest standards, in line with design specifications and client requirements.
Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve any on-site issues or challenges that may arise during the course of the project.
Coordinate with the Project Manager and other team members to develop and implement solutions that keep the project on track.
Team Management:
Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure that all team members are trained, motivated, and working to their full potential.
Handle any personnel issues that may arise, including disciplinary actions, as necessary.
