We are pleased to announce the opening of nominations for the 2nd Cohort of the Training of Mobilisers of FoSYLx (Online Version of Food Systems Youth Leadership Training), a day-long intensive workshop designed to strengthen youth leadership, mobilization skills, and community action for improved nutrition and sustainable food systems in Bangladesh.
This training is part of our continued effort to build a strong network of young mobilisers who can actively engage with communities, schools, and local stakeholders to promote healthier diets, raise awareness on nutrition, and drive positive behavior change at the grassroots level.
Through this training, selected participants will:
1. Gain practical skills in community mobilisation and youth engagement
2. Gain knowledge on nutrition, food systems, and public health advocacy
3. Develop tools for effective communication and leadership, enabling them to work more confidently within their communities and organizations
4. Gain knowledge of the Food Systems Dashboard, including how to access, interpret, and use data for evidence-based decision-making and advocacy
5. Strengthen their understanding of how data-driven tools can support food systems planning and advocacy
6. Become part of a growing national youth network working on SDG 2 and SDG 3
7. Strengthen their engagement in sustainable food systems and public health initiatives
