যারা শীতল পাটির কাজ করেন, উনার দক্ষতা কাজে লাগিয়ে তাকে সাবলম্বী করে তুলতে পারেন।
এভাবে ও আমরা women Empowerment এ অবদান রাখতে পারি

৭ বছর আগে উনার হাসবেন্ড মারা যায়, মেয়ে বোর্ডিং স্কুলে পড়ে একটা ছেলে গাড়ির ডাইভার, গ্যাসের সমস্যার কারনে ঠিকমতো আয় হয় না।আর আরেকটা ছেলে মাদ্রাসাতে পড়ে।

একটা কাজের ছলে জানতে পারলাম উনি শীতল পাটি বানায় যেটা ১৫ দিন সময় নিয়ে উনি বানায়, ১২০০ এর মত দাম হওয়াতে কেউ এখন আর নেইনা উনি বললো।আমি হাত দিয়ে দেখলাম বাজারের থেকে উনার গুলো অনেক মোলায়েম।

উনাকে বললাম আপনাকে যদি কাজে যুক্ত করে দেই, কেউ যদি অর্ডার দিয়ে বানাই নেই তাহলে কাজ কারবেন?
বললো করবো।
তাহলে আপনার অনুমতি নিয়ে ছবিটা তুললাম?
বললো তুলেন আপা, আপনি চেষ্টা করবেন আমার জন্যই ভালো।
