Women in energy means powering the future itself! ⚡🌱
Shoktikonna is a platform, where women are empowered, their voices are amplified and next generation leaders are created.

This time, Shoktikonna introduced the Green Skills Summit, where participants connected with industry leaders and explored opportunities in the green sector; A residential Bootcamp focused on leadership, innovation, and industry readiness; The Solve-A-Thon, where teams tackled real-world renewable energy and sustainability challenges; and concluding with the Graduation Ceremony celebrating the journey and achievements of the cohort.

The third cohort has been a journey of growth, resilience, and breaking barriers for women in STEM and renewable energy. This video captures not just moments, but the spirit of young women stepping forward to shape a more inclusive and sustainable future for Bangladesh.

Shoktikonna delegation had the privilege of joining the high-level flagship event “Boosting Renewable Energy in Bangladesh – From Design to Implementation” on 20 April 2026, held under the Bangladesh Renewable Energy Facility (BREF), a Global Gateway flagship initiative.

The session was honoured by the presence of Libuše Soukupová, Head of Sector, South Asia at the Directorate-General for International Partnerships, European Commission, marking a significant moment of dialogue and collaboration in advancing Bangladesh’s renewable energy future. 🌱⚡
