02) Slogan of the organization: “Social Activities by Youth development.”
03) Name of the Organization: The organization sha
ll be known and effective as “রং তুলি ফাউন্ডেশন”. In English translation it shall be known as “Rongtuli Foundation’’ ”.
04) Activity area of the organization: The activity area of the organization is Chittagong Division. However, Bangladesh wide expansion will be done with the approval of the registration authority.
05) Aims and objectives of the organization:
a) Implementation of programs under 17 to 6 of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) announced by the United Nations. The 6 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are – SDG 01; Poverty Alleviation, SDG 02; End hunger, SDG 03; Good health, SDG 04; Quality Education, SDG 05; Gender Equality and SDG 13; Action on climate etc. b) Service, honors, award of educational scholarships, awareness campaign activities, conducting blood donation programs and celebrating important national and international days. c) To organize workshops, seminars, discussions, debates, sports, cultural events in various schools, colleges, madrasas and orphanages with the aim of creating a dynamic work system and a beautiful city. e) Carrying out the ideals and spirit of the glorious language movement and the great liberation war and creating a sense of respect for the principles and ideals of the Constitution of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and at the same time carrying out activities by awakening the sense of moral values, patriotism and social responsibility.
06) Initial Membership/Cancellation/Resignation:
A) Conditions for initial membership: Membership is subject to fulfillment of the terms and conditions of the organization. Provided, however, that they have to create a separate database and attend two meetings and one event initially. After becoming a member, you must collect the T-shirt at your own expense. B) Cancellation of Membership:
(a) If any act is proved against any member against the constitution of the country or organization, his membership shall be cancelled. (b) If any member of the Executive Council is absent from three consecutive meetings without any reasonable cause, his membership shall be cancelled. In this case, the unanimous/majority decision of the Executive Council will be considered final. (c) The membership of any person involved in the conflict with the interests of the organization and causing financial loss shall be deemed to be cancelled. C) Resignation from membership: If a member of the executive council or any ordinary member resigns, the reasons for that must be submitted to the president. The president can accept or cancel the resignation letter of the member by consensus of the executive council. However, if this happens in the case of the Advisory Council, the Advisory Council will resolve it.
07) Subscription: The organization has no fixed monthly subscription. Based on various events we collect money from organization members, board members and advisory councils as per the budget. We take support of sponsors where necessary.
