Alhamdulillah, we have successfully completed our 436th Regular Meeting held on Friday, 22nd May 2026 at our own venue, Old Zilla Parishad Bhaban (VIP Rest House), Cumilla.
The meeting was conducted by president Zihan Hossen Rifat with great
enthusiasm, and meaningful discussions from all
respected members, rotarectors, pdir. The main agenda
of the meeting was Preparing for the
Interview of the New Board for the
Upcoming Rotary Year, which was
discussed in detail with sincerity and
responsibility.

Key Highlights of the Meeting:

A detailed discussion was held regarding the upcoming Year-End Presentation & Recognition Ceremony, including program planning, responsibilities, and preparation strategies.

Members exchanged ideas to make the ceremony more organized, impactful, and memorable for all participants and guests.

Extensive preparations were taken for the Interview of the New Board for the Upcoming Rotary Year. Important guidelines, expectations, leadership responsibilities, and interview procedures were discussed to help potential board members prepare effectively.

Members shared valuable suggestions and opinions to ensure a smooth leadership transition and a stronger future for the club.

The meeting concluded with a renewed commitment to service, leadership development, teamwork, and the continued growth of our club.

✨ Successfully Completed: Seminar on World Immunization Week ✨
With great pride and gratitude, the Rotaract Club of Comilla Lalmai in collaboration with the Interact Club of Comilla Lalmai successfully organized the “Seminar About World Immunization Week” on 27 April 2026 at Cumilla Shikkha Board Govt. Model College, Cumilla.
This meaningful seminar was arranged to spread awareness about the importance of immunization, disease prevention, and our shared responsibility in building a healthier, safer, and polio-free world. The program brought together respected Rotarians, Rotaractors, Interactors, students, and distinguished guests who made the event truly impactful and inspiring.
We were honored to have Mohammad Abul Hossain, Principal of Cumilla Shikkha Board Govt. Model College, as our Special Guest, whose valuable presence and encouraging words added great significance to the event.
Our respected Speaker, Rtn. Jiban Krishna Chakraborty, Immunization Activist, delivered an insightful and informative session that deeply inspired everyone present and highlighted the life-saving power of vaccination.
Our honorable Chief Guest, RTN. MD. SHAFIQUL ISLAM SHAMIM, Past President of Rotary Club of Comilla Lalmai and Ex. Member of the National Polio Plus Committee, could not attend the program due to unavoidable reasons. However, he sent his warmest wishes and blessings for the successful completion of the seminar, which meant a lot to all of us.
This event reminded us that service above self begins with awareness, compassion, and collective action. Together, we stand committed to protecting lives and promoting a healthier future for all.

With great pride and gratitude, On 24th april Friday we successfully completed our “Seminar About World Immunization Week” in collaboration with Rotaract Club of Comilla Lalmai and Interact Club of Comilla Lalmai, sponsored by Rotary Club of Comilla Lalmai.
This meaningful seminar was organized to raise awareness about the importance of immunization and its vital role in protecting lives, building healthier communities, and creating a safer future for all. Vaccination is not just a medical responsibility it is a social commitment toward humanity.

We were truly honored by the presence of our respected Chief Guest, Rtn. PP Dr. Prof. Mohammed Izaul Haque, Ex. Principal, Comilla Medical College, whose valuable words inspired everyone deeply. We are also grateful to our Session Speaker, Rtn. Jiban Krishna Chakraborty, Immunization Activist, for sharing important knowledge and practical awareness regarding immunization and public health.

The seminar was filled with learning, inspiration, and a strong message of community service. It reminded us that awareness and prevention are the strongest tools for a healthier society.

As a meaningful conclusion to our program, a heartfelt Dua Mahfil was arranged for our beloved SSC & HSC candidates, seeking Allah’s blessings for their upcoming examinations.

This special prayer gathering was dedicated to their success, wisdom, confidence, and a bright future ahead. We prayed that Allah grants them strength, patience, and clarity of mind, making their examination journey smooth and successful. May every effort they have made be rewarded with outstanding results and endless opportunities.
The Dua Mahfil brought a beautiful spiritual essence to our event, reminding us that beyond achievements and celebrations, faith, prayers, and unity remain our greatest source of strength. It was a moment of reflection, hope, and sincere wishes for the future leaders of tomorrow.
